Always been a big fan of this drink. Great use of it in the challenge. Ever since I started using an Elevated Craft, the “egg-plosion” is a thing of the past. 😅
That is a good idea! As error prone as egg cocktails are, this was the first drink where I had issues (although I always expect them!) The night before I made one and it didn't open before I got done shaking, but when I broke the seal on the shakers, the top tin literally flew across the room! Eggs are so dangerous.
It's worth making. The only bad part is that the shelf life obviously isn't as long as the store bought stuff. I compromised and got a little 8oz. bottle of POM, drank half of it and used the other half to make a small amount of grenadine.
Great job, Bonnie! This looks fantastic. I haven't tried Laird's Apple Brandy yet, but I've heard great things. I have a bottle of Calvados....it's meh.
I tried the Laird's because it was the recommended spirit for the Shaker and Spoon subscription box one month. I probably wouldn't have bought brandy on my own.
@@CocktailUnderground - makes sense. The Shaker and Spoon boxes look pretty cool! If you ever do decide you want a grape brandy, I like Paul Masson VSOP. It's readily available, reasonable in price, and great for mixing. Not a fine cognac if you want that though.
great entry ❤
Thanks, Chappy!
wow nice my great friend

Thank you for stopping by!
Such a great drink.
It is...will make again!
Pink Lady is great, good vid!
Thanks, Uncle P!
So smart to do the egg first! I definitely learned that the hard way. Cheers!
Yet I still wound up with egg on my face! Hey, it's better than wasting alcohol AND having egg on my face.
@@CocktailUnderground Faces can be washed, alcohol can't be un-wasted. Hahaha
That looks pretty tasty. I’ve never had a cocky with egg whites in it. Sounds very interesting. Great Video!
Thanks, the egg gives it an interesting consistency and doesn't really change the taste.

This looks amazing i love a good drink!!! Thank you so much for sharing! *_A Big Thumps Up from a fellow food creator!_*
Thanks! I will check out your videos too.
New subb. True to my word. Loved the video, great production and I adore Gin drinks :)
Thanks! This has been one of my more popular videos, so I should make more with gin! Thanks for watching!
I do my egg whites in a separate glass in case I mess up, and also love that gin you used. Great drink 🍸

Looks lovely. I know I shouldn't have laughed but that was hilarious when it sprayed out 🤣 Cheers 👍
Hahaha, you can laugh! Thanks for watching!
home made grenadine has such a deeper red. Still yet to try a pink lady but yours looks great with the garnish :) nice job!

Looks delicious. Any cocktail with honey syrup and I’m in for it 😍👌
It was a good one!
I've been looking for a gin drink to make this weekend. This just might be it!
It's really good! There's a hashtag #lovepotion2022 with a lot more ideas from bartenders on UA-cam.
I've never made a real pink lady, never had egg whites on hand. Thanks for showing us how it's really done!
Did you know you can also use aquafaba (CHICKPEA JUICE) to get the same effect? I bought a can of them to try it sometime.
I'm not normally a gin drinker (I know, big surprise, right?), but I love a good sour and this looks great!
This one is really good - I am looking forward to experimenting with different gins, as I just emptied the bottle I used in this vid.
Almost at 200 subs!!!
I would love to have 200!

Challenge!!!!!
Accepted!
@@CocktailUnderground did you also accept that egg yolk?
@@DungeonMasterpiece Yes, reluctantly.
I feel like I jinxed the whole thing by saying "in case something goes wrong" at the beginning.
