Hey Anders, so glad seeing you come up with a new NA cocktails video! I'm an 18 year old home bartender (for now) and I'm specializing myself in non alcoholic cocktails! I just wanted to share my signature recipe because of what you said at the end of your video!
I called it the State of Mind:
60ml strongly brewed (twice as much tea as you normally would) black, winter tea (something with notes of spices, apples, and citrus)
    20ml 100% cranberry juice
    20ml maple syrup
    4ml apple cider vinegar
    3-4ml ginger juice
Roll it 5-7 times, serve into an old fashioned glass over a big ice cube, express lemon oils, and garnish with a cinnamon stick, burnt on the tip (to consume quickly for the smoke to come to your nose).
You're my favourite cocktail creator out there with kevin kos, so keep up with the great videos, and more non alcoholic things please!!

Yes! Apple cider vinegar (raw and unfiltered) for the win! Even with all the wide world of liquor options out there, ACV is still one of the best flavors in a drink, period.

I made a great mocktail recently with cucumber, mint, lime juice and ginger syrup.
5-6 slices of cucumber and 6-8 mint leaves, muddled
    1,5 oz lime juice
    1,5 oz ginger syrup
The ginger syrup gives it a nice bit of spice and flavor to make up for it having no alcohol, it’s yummy! Also good to top it up with a bit of tonic

    Hi from Paris Anders!
My signature mocktail is called "Dandra Express", it is good grenadine 😉, orgeat, lemon juice and sparkling water. Garnish with a little branch of Rosemary.
I also do a variation on a Shirley Temple, Grenadine lemon juice and instead of ginger ale i put Schweppes agrumes, and i call it from my daughter "Charlotte Temple"

Here's a little concoction I started making while bored out of my mind in my apartment during the recent snow storm that I like to call the Countertop Collins.
    In a chilled collins glass:
    - roughly a 1/4 oz apple cider vinegar
    - a barspoon or so of agave nectar
    - 2-3 dashes of angostura bitters
    - a can of seltzer (I've been using polar blackberry mango)
Combine the vinegar, agave and bitters in a glass and stirred to combine, then top off with the seltzer.
It's got a really nice nutmeg finish, weirdly enough. very tasty

Our house mocktail is tonic water, grapefruit juice and a few dashes of angostura bitters. It’s super basic but it has lots of bitterness and complexity so it scratches the cocktail itch.

@@dershow88 Unless you're avoiding added alcohol on principle, the amount is negligible. If you add two dashes of ango to a 200ml drink, you'll end up with less than 0,5% ABV, which is similar to many fruit juices.

You can enjoy all year 'round, just don't be an arschloch!!! Back to the mocktails thing, while that's not my jam I can appreciate it and am actually all for it. On the other hand, if I'm offered a choice between a mocktail and a Hemingway Daiquiri I might lean towards the Hemingway.

My go-to lately has been an NA "Smokey margarita":
    2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz agave or simple syrup
    4 dashes orange bitters
    4 drops Wright's liquid smoke
5 oz can of Fever Tree tonic water
Add lime juice, agave/simple syrup, orange bitters, liquid smoke, and ice to a shaker. Shake to your liking.
Pour over ice, top with tonic water.
I haven't tried adding a salted or sugared rim to this drink yet, but I've been curious how that would turn out so I may give it a shot tomorrow.
I find the agave syrup gives it a darker color, more like what you might expect from a reposado margarita, but both standard simple syrup and agave taste good to me.

FWIW - You can use cannellini bean liquid for aqua faba, but it helps immensely to freeze-condense it first. So, fill a small ice cube tray with the cannellini liquid, freeze it, then remove them to a freezer bag and put back in the freezer and wait for at least a few days to a week. The water ice will sublimate some out of the surface of the bean liquid cube, helping it condense so that it whips better after gentle melting. Cannellini liquid has a more neutral flavor and whiter color than chickpea.

I don't like the flavour of alcohol and THANK you for these Mocktails. A fun story. Some years ago I attended a function and asked the Bartender for a Mocktail, not bitter or overly sweet. It took him a couple of seconds but then he started mixing and came up with a delicious drink. I told him that I loved it and that set him off, he went bananas, mixed me two other ones, the one tastier than the other, and offered me them for free, serving them with a smile from ear to ear. He had a ball and I enjoyed the best mocktails I've ever had. I hope he continues to make others happy with his drinks.
