But in all seriousness, I practice defense in training and do not plan on making a career out of fighting. It's rare to sustain serious injuries from just a few competitions as long as you prepare properly :)

Yes! And it's way less stressful trying to figure out a place for your thoughts to go right when you have them. I used to get overwhelmed thinking everything needed to be filed " right now" but sometimes letting ideas marinate a while can be more helpful.
