    My stencils are quite thin and my paint tends to bleed under them.

      @andreacermanskipainting  4 місяці тому

      Hmm...do you water down the paint? If not, then get a stippling brush. It will help with bleeding!

    • @avanellehansen4525

      Are you using thin paint like fluid acrylic or craft paint? Perhaps try thicker , full body paint that comes in tubes.

      @@avanellehansen4525 I agree! Thicker paint and a stippling brush should do the job!

      I have heard that you can place stencil, put matte medium on like paint on the stencil, let dry, then put color on the stencil. Haven't tried it, but seems like would work.

      That would totally work! Give it a try and report back!

    This is, NOT, fine art. Fine art is by definition, very finely painted, not done by splattering paint willynilly.

      Thanks for commenting! According to the Oxford Dictionary, fine art is, "creative art, especially visual art whose products are to be appreciated primarily or solely for their imaginative, aesthetic, or intellectual content." Cheers!

      Incorrect. Commercial art and illustration would qualify for your definition
