You should always at least show one, even if just for negotiation purposes. And if you are tight on cash flow, I would charge one - it can make a huge difference.
Hi Mike. I’m interested in your service. I’ve been following High Impact with Jason Wardrop and Paulson Thomas and understand the big picture to a certain degree. However, I see that as an affiliate, you are able to simplify this vague agency marketing strategy better than anyone else. Would like to have a conversation with you before starting. Thank you.
Does this model require Saas Mode or is the unlimited agency option sufficient? I'm assuming Saas is required. Just wanted to clarify so I can plan accordingly. New to GHL. Thanks Mike :)

Hey Mike. How do you limit the number of staff ( Team Members ) when they can add their own staff from the launchpad. I have major issues with the menu system not being granular and having various options grouped in the functions permissions.
Yeah it’s definitely not as granular as it needs to be. And you can’t control the staff they add, which is also frustrating. But what you can do is just incorporate a check into their account every quarter or so and then just adjust their billing based on what you find.
I recently became affiliate under you - in which of the Servicesthatscale courses can I learn about and find examples for service-packaging like in this video?
Hi. Great video. I wondering if I can sell only social media maneging toll to small business that don't have any or little presents on social platforms so that they can manege that them self's or is it better to include also other services that you have tallk about. Thanks
Yes you definitely can. I personally think selling other services in that base package that I show is a better idea because it creates a longer term customer - but you can do either.
Hey Mike, my question is, do I have to be on Saas mode or can I offer it on agency level? Thank you. And also, as I am in agency level, when setting up a subaccount, the user role would be user or admin? thank you
I'd highly recommend SaaS...I don't know why you'd do it with the Agency level when SaaS is going to allow you to mark up and resell all of the sms, email, and calls and make more money. It will easily pay for itself. In the subaccount the users would be users...you'll be the admin.
@@iceliadias HighLevel doesn’t give a trial for SaaS once you are already a customer, it’s just an upgrade at the next billing cycle. So I’d wait for your normal renewal tomorrow, then upgrade. But if you use my affiliate code you will get all of my bonuses. Look in the FAQ section of servicesthatscale.com/highlevelbonus for the instructions. Thanks!
It can be as simple as the number of email and sms credits and number of users allowed to access the system. You can take a more sophisticated approach by separating out functional features as well - but how you do that would depend on your value proposition.
Yes, you are correct. You should not try to do that! Very few people will ever just come to your website and read a list of features and buy. You need to entice them to make contact with you and then sell once you have contact.
@MikeCoochUA-cam can you explain more please bc I your strategy and I implement it on mine but I have to say I do cold calls how should they all of this benefits bc I have another strategy take them from the site to the checkout page I want to explain this more with you where can I give you my website link to see what I mean
For clarification when your give them those credits for the email and text are you taking the funds from what they pay you and then re-billing for extra they use?
It’s all automated. If you give them credits included in their plan, those credits just get used but no extra billing is happening, other than the bill you will pay for those costs at your wholesale rates. Once they go above those credits, they get billed extra.
Hey there, what it could ultimately cost you would depend on the customers you have and how much they are using those services. If you took the absolute worst case scenario, you’d multiply the number of credits you included times .014, which is the cost per minute for phone calls, which is your most expensive cost. But, to be clear, that’s not really realistic at all as nowhere near 100% of your customers are going to use anywhere near 100% of their credits. Many will fall very short, so your costs will be less. Many will go well over, so you will actually profit more from them as you’ll mark up their overage. I hope that makes sense!
Thanks for watching. After they hit the limit of their credits, they are charged for additional use of the resell services at the rates that you set in HighLevel.

Mike this content is really helpful, I know enough about Highlevel and I am looking into signing up and diving head first into this project, in your course do you explain this deeper? I noticed that with GHL setting up the account and putting together your products is the toughest part, do you also give tips on how to prospect customers?
Hey Mike! I'm loving your videos. Here's my question-- how do you support all your clients? Especially the ones who aren't tech savvy. Do you use a third party service? I've been seeing a lot of ads on Facebook lately for a white label support app. Do you use something like this? Do you recommend it?
Hey Mike, I have another question. When you say to offer website, funnels as service, how do you to it? as agency level we don't have the feature to turn off websites, the client will be able to access it. So, I don't really understand how I could do that. Thank you.
Yeah, I think you are just misunderstanding the concept. For a 'funnel as a service' as an example, you could put together a complete funnel that's based off of best practices you've tested, copy you've written, ads you've created, etc - and offer that complete package as a service. But it's yours...they are just paying to use it so long as they continue to pay you monthly. It's your intellectual property. Whether or not they have access to it in Highlevel really doesn't make a difference. The alternative - which is what most agencies do - is they create custom funnels for each new customer that they customer then owns. So if they stop paying you, they get to keep it and keep using it with a different set of tools, different service provider, etc. Make sense?

Hey Mike, your videos are by far and away the most helpful for understanding and getting started with GHL. Which industry/trade/type of business is the easiest to pitch to when selling GHL marketing services or marketing services in general. I am interested in getting started but want to first find a niche that would find obvious value in using my services, Many thanks.
Thank you - I appreciate the feedback! A couple of things: 1. There is no ‘easiest’ niche. I know of someone having success in every niche you can imagine, and I know people who have struggles in those same niches. I would look for niches where they seem to already invest in marketing though - you don’t want to have to convince someone they should be doing marketing. So, CPA’s as an example - tend to be almost 100% word of mouth businesses…best to avoid niches like that. 2. You want to sell the benefits of marketing/better marketing more than you want to sell HighLevel - I just want to make sure to make that point. Selling ‘HighLevel’ as a set of tools is a much more commoditized pitch than selling ‘you will help them grow, make more money, have a better business etc’. I hope that makes sense! Mike
