I am Software Engineer, when I started watching video , I was on your side, by the time video ended, I was on High Level side.
As a developer, I can tell you that I am currently looking at GHL. Building software takes time and planning. As I review GHL and look at all the functionality in it , the first ting that comes to mind is "Wow, that would take me a very long time to replicate" OR I could just white label it and be done. If I wrote it so I can then use it for myself, I would then be involved in the software development, project management, QA testing, documentation, creating user guides, IT support , AND marketing. Plus, if the concern of not owning the code becomes over-whelming, then I can think about building my own while GHL is making me money.
I only 50% agree. If you can get 50 customers at 297 , that’s $12k/mo recurring basically forever.
That's true. What business model would you have where you charge customers $297 a month?
@@itsmuna8155297 is actually cheap compared to the other smma programs @1200-1500$ pl
@@ghostofakina8747 I'm a sales rep for a company that charges customers $99/ month for template website, I sold 32 contract and 167 for the whole year of 2023. I starting the highlevel white-labeling program where I pay $497/ month fee and charge my customer $99 or more if i want to. So if it's works cus i did it and still doing it will keep working if i'm doing it for my self.. you see?
Can’t live off 297 a month per client good luck managing 50 clients. Mate take your tax and expenses out of this and you barely enough left to hire an account manager.
5000 a month just land 3 clients and your earning more and you can kiss there arses
Until bubble opens their sourcing up its just renting to use their platform. You don’t own the code.
That's true - I would only use it for a short-term MVP to get funding and develop it myself. It's definitely interesting as a fullstack dev
@@benneighbour7339that’s what I’m currently doing and with no disrespect to him, this guy casually tell everyone to just ‘build it on bubble’ as if i’d takes 2 weeks to build a complete product.
It took me a month and a few workshops to just being able to build basic stuff
White-labeled SaaS companies, despite their role as resellers, offer significant value to acquirers through established market presence, customer relationships, cost efficiency, scalability, and expertise. Notably, some of these companies have achieved exits in the nine-figure range, underscoring their potential for substantial returns on investment and making them appealing acquisition targets. So yes, a successful SaaS company built on a platform like Go High Level is well-positioned for a significant exit.
GHL is legit. You can make a lot of money if you don’t have the deep pockets to pay devs for something original or even on certain no code platforms. The barrier to entry is lower.
maybe I want to be a lazy agency owner
Who told 4:46 you that we are only 4:48 making money from affiliates? My customer is an arcade machine business owner and he made 16k last month using Go High level. He is happy because it is fully automated by me.
I also build businesses for my customers with other CRM software. They are making money.
Only marketers and sales guys are making money from high-level affiliates. I provide service, marketing, and sales. 😅
The reason for subscribing to your channel is all you said right except that thing "most of them are making money from affiliates."
How did you automate it for the arcade owner and how did he make revenue from it? Genuinely curious
@@itsmuna8155 making course, soon you will able to learn. :)
Yeah, the issue becomes market segmentation. Believe me, not everyone wants a 5k website; many business owners do well without, or at the very least, a poor-looking one, so $500 bucks makes sense for many if it's what they want. Again, who are you targeting? How about doing market research and building a buyer persona? Now I see why many folks fail in business because they wing it.
Genuine question: couldn't you just whitelabel GHL or any other whitelabel platform, and then sell their websites only (not the other small things like seo and website communication, etc.) and instead of charging $500 you could charge $1000 and if they wanted review automation for example, you could charge $1500? That would make a lot more money and you wouldn't need nearly as many clients.
Yes you could, that’s still low ticket. If you’re gonna go agency route you want to have clients for $5,000/mo plus
Well i'm not looking for huge deals currently, i'm just looking for a side hustle that can bring me in 1-2k a month. I'm 15 i just wanna afford a gym membership and stuff. I'm not looking to instantly be raking in huge money. Plus $500-1000 is a lot of money for me, so its dependent on everyone.@@alex.heiden
Is GoHighLevel basically using HUGO or something behind the scenes? Somehow was looking for Hugo SAAS stuff and this came up.
Iman has a ghl and even though he has flozy he is well aware of GHL ad utilises it
Best guy !
GHL is a funnel tool.. lol, who is trying to repackage a saas into another saas?
The typical business owner is more concerned with solutions than origins. As long as a product effectively addresses their pain points, the source is of little consequence. Repackaging a SaaS solution and offering value-added services, such as installation assistance, proves to be a lucrative approach. Therefore, the concept of reselling SaaS is not farfetched.
@@lewisburton1852as a brazilian marketer searching for good and different pov's in the foreign market, your comments are bringing great insights for me, guy! Tks a lot!
am i selling a website for 200$/mo or 200$ one time?
a month since you will provide them with services in the website such as automated google reviews
They cut 40% of the website you will sell as a service. Also, you have to pay for the Mailgun, Twillo, Phone Call, etc despite the subscription. I think it's not that bad for the agency owners but if you want to do real SaaS business, High level is not the platform.
@@itsmuna8155 GHL 497 is absolutely overpriced, considering it's so buggy.
people lie numbers don't lie
$5000 one time payment for a website instead of $500 each month,
let's do the math
$5000 / $500 = 10 months
$500 * 24 months = $12000
Well isn't high level a good way of just making money and to pay your bills, And still build a real sass business on the side, At least you'll have recurring money coming in from high level,
It’s a decent way to make a lil money, but almost no one is making money in the way it’s “marketed” only the affiliates make money
Oh okay I totally understand that Now, Now I see so much of high level for Affiliate marketing to be sold,
The real problem is to sell the service, not to build the software... If you don't have the customers, there's no sense in get into the challenge to build something that by the way, already exists
You sound like you're upset that it's so easy to use and they didn't have to build it themselves. I love your pride in your work but not every business has 5 grand to throw at a custom website when they can pay someone $500 to have a website and all the automated skills they need to be presented as a professional, good business with good customer service.
It sounds like you build software and have never owned a small business. 🍀
It’s a GOOD business model, my problem is these gurus selling GHL as if you’re building your own software company and not really just running an agency still, their marketing is very misleading
This video could use some significant editing
Stop it bud, don’t be that guy 😂😂😂 stay away from ppl like this fellas
Totally don't agree!
It takes time and skills to build a SAAS that can compete with GHL.
And the White label or even the affiliate option allows you to have recurring income forever. You just need to master the tool.
I’m on your side. These developers here in the comments just weak and don’t know open source shit to pull together something amazing. Theres so many other platforms to crank shit out with at speed that go high-level is essentially worth less
You cant be serious?
i dont think many people are going into white labeling gohighlevel and calling themselves software engineers. Some people don't have the skillset or want to spend the time to develop the skillset to start something completely on their own so they leverage gohighlevel as a stepping stone to get themselves where they want to be
Great video 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿
SaaS is a great business model. But as I have gone through his funnel. I saw his vsl and it was complete trashing about other business models including Agencies. Dropshipping too but as long as he didn't mean E-com then he isn't stupid. That guy seems smart, but based of his vsl, trashing the Agency space to get people to buy your services is gay buddy. I mean, you are sort of brainwashing people to give up on starting their agency. Everything he said about the Agency model is wrong, what he said about the SaaS model is true. But the praisals he gave to the SaaS business is overexagerated... And for GHL, the SaaS that agencies start are meant to be "whitelabeled" as a DWY model for the customers. Not building a complete SaaS. These are 2 different business models buddy.
Agency is good for cash flow, but guess what 99.9% of agency owners run crap agencies, all their clients churn because they’re not actually skilled and don’t care about customer service. SaaS you need to build legit solutions. I know how GHL is meant to be, but guess what kids sell it as owning a legit SaaS and just shill it for an affiliate commission. I do what I preach, I run a venture studio to partner with people on SaaS.
I run a successful agency right now, doing no code development lol and no I don’t own no code tech
I think you have too big of an ego and don’t realize every one starts at the beginning. People need the chance to grow into being a phase 2 or 3 entrepreneur. Not everyone is going to be a Bill Gates out of the gate.
It has nothing to do with ego it’s about how people are shilling highlevel as owning your own SaaS just to earn an affiliate commission

i live in indonesia and when i want to use Stripe as payment gateway in go highlevel, , it can not be processed as i live in indonesia. please advise me...what to do...
Um so? Sounds like a good idea to do that so you can get yourself to the next level
It’s not a bad model but there’s a lot of Tik tok’ers putting out misinformation around GHL
