Well, you don’t want any of the fees to be hidden. You want to be very transparent about them. HighLevel charges you for your customers use of SMS, email, phone, Minutes, and AI. You are able to set your markup and profit on those services within highlevel’s package configurator. You would then communicate your rates to your customer so that they know when they will be paying more and how much.

My brain functions better with checklist and I’m struggling with all the classes and knowledge floating around in my head. If you have HighLevel's SaaS mode/Pro level account, you can resell all of these services by the use and set your prices to whatever you want. I generally recommend 2-3X the cost of the service.

Yes you design the site as well, but follow a strict process to make sure it’s really just updating a template, not ‘designing’. It doesn’t really matter if they want SMS or email or both, you would just assign credits and resell rates as part of the package.
