You've officially built a solid foundation for being a UA-camr! It's a great thing to see how your day is going and how the business goes. Some people do make it look like only nice things only happen while it's not. CHEERS from Sint Maarten ~ Caribbean
Don't you just love it when you can feel the customer's hot breath on your neck as you're working...... should charge him extra for the lessons
Congrats on the 100k you deserve them you all work hard
Congratulations on hitting the 100,000 mark Ryan. I’ve been a fan since day one and still love all of your videos. Can’t wait to see what you come up with next!
This channel for me is the best one on youtube, thanks for the videos
Next time Bobby goes to sumo can you sneak a gopro in the truck to see what Bobby is up to when he goes to dump.
It would be great to see but if he doesn't know its there its illegal. Not worth the risk of some ambulance chasing attorney seeing and convincing Bobby to file suit
YES
@@limeylit no he can't. Check the law concerning employees and video employees. He can put one but he has to tell the employee about it.
@@limeylit "Wisconsin law explicitly forbids the use and installation of hidden cameras without the consent of the person who will be recorded or monitored." Its best to know the law before telling someone they are wrong.
@@johnnysouza5601 technically wouldn't he be monitoring his property not the driver if it didn't record his image? Ie location tracker?
you guys are real pros with concrete excellent work
Ryan was nice to let these guys use his equipment and wear and tear as well !! PUT diesel back when you're done ! I would be pissed too ......smh
If you get it full of diesel, return it full of diesel.
@@billabong9215 I thought I heard Darly gave him $500 for the weekend to use the truck? not sure what prices for rent are like in the US but over here its like 40$ a day
@@reeeee7839 For that truck with all the other equipment plus diesel? It would be way over $500.
@@tzer7296 Not sure what equipment was lent as its not specified in the video. But OK dude
@@tzer7296 ehh a skidsteer is usually 200-250 for 8 hours. A truck and trailer you could borrow one from a buddy for 150-175-200 ishh. No one really do truck and trailer rentals. If you rent a truck from a car rental place usually in the contract it says no trailer hauling of any kind. uhaul might have something big enough to haul a skidsteer, i doubt it tho. I think $500 is pretty fair, if it was for 1 day. He should of filled everything up doee.
Man down and you can see how far behind you got. When Junior is out it really puts a strain on the crew. Cmon Man!
Ryan and crew, congratulations on a big milestone 100K! No one deserve that more than the victory crew. Keep up the great content. Thanks for always adding smiles and laughs to your viewers, oh and teaching everyone good work ethic and how to do the job right!
Congratulations on 100000 “eaaaaaaaasy Subscriptions”. Only started watching a couple of weeks ago. My new favourite channel 👍
I understand the frustration Ryan. I own a landscape business and common sense can be under valued sometimes. Congrats on your 100k btw!
common sense is the hardest skill to come across in the skilled trades....i swear some dudes stay green forever haha
Congrats on 100k subs Ryan!!! I was here when this channel had 37k. I can’t believe how fast your channel has grown in such a small time!
Congratulations on 100k. Thank You for being open and honest with us all. That's why we all come back, we love this Victory family channel. NO BODY BE LATE 🤗
Congratulations Ryan on hitting the 100k mark. You definitely deserve it
As always, an awesome job on the editing! Superb
It’s crazy watching the channel grow, I’ve been here since 2k subs. Congratulations on everything brother
Brother, having a bad day today and you truly make me smile.....
Congrats on 100k, fellas! As Francisco says... "That's dope!". 🤣🤣🤣
Victory is top notch, great chanel and great work.
I've been lurking for a few months now. Congrats on 100k! Sometimes hard work pays off :) Wishing the best of luck and prosperity to you and yours. God tests us some days more than others and the true judge of character is how we handle those days and compose ourselves.
I love your channel. Your faith and family obviously keep you grounded. Daryl test’s your patience. You should not have to tell the guy’s what to do on every job. Bug’s and Marcel are your best employees from what I see. Could be wrong 😑. God bless from across the pond.
Congrats on the 100k milestone! Also, I love the customer interaction. I know I have mentioned that before but I think that is awesome when you do it.
I just love it when customers stand over your shoulder and watch you work
Now I see why Buggs yells at Daryl, guys gotta stop with the side jobs and prioritize their job with you !
That I can agree with your side job is interfering with your regular job
Your crew are very lucky to have a person like you as a boss and friend. Not to many owners let his equipment out for people to use. I glad you let the lion out in morning. Hope your crew really appreciate what you have done for them.
You've officially built a solid foundation for being a UA-camr! And I wouldn't be surprised if Milwaukee or some big equipment company decides to sponsor you but you're definitely on your way to creating a second income. I followed many UA-camrs (specifically on the fitness side) who started before you and they're not close to hitting that amount of subscribers this fast. But I think your channel is unique. It's like watching a reality show but in a *working-class* setting. That's something the majority of us can relate to.
Overall, I love your channel man and I'm always looking forward to a new episode. Victory style!
Two years too early.. but dewalt came knocking!
I love your honesty it is quite refreshing
Best of wishes with your endeavors Ryan! It makes my day everytime I get to watch a new video on my lunch break. I'm an electrician and I cant get enough of the videos
100K! Getting that silver play button! Congratulations!
The slow and steady always wins the race. I love how you found a passion or hobby in making UA-cam videos and the amount of people that love to watch your content keep up the good work
Ryan I own a Pest control company not far from you in Wisconsin. And I am glad you don't edit out the bad days and your frustration. Shows what you deal with as a business owner and how to handle it through a day to day basis. Keep up the good work man.
First Victory video I ever saw was when only one employee showed up and you got your kids to help. I was hooked! On watching concrete jobs, of all things! Your videos are good because you show the good and the bad of business ownership. And the trash and the coffee too :).
The homeowner was awesome. Great guy
I don’t know how the Darryl’s haven’t been fired yet 🤣
Well the 1 darryl has some issueswich is understandable but the other darryl hmmmm cant say my thoughts on tube lol would have some haters
Jr. Would not last anywhere else. He should be truly appreciative that he has a VERY PATIENT boss.. At least SR. works.
@@kalanimcknight1994 if jr lost weight he could be a big value to the company sometimes I worry he’s gonna pass out at work Bc he has a hard time breathing
I woke up Having a bad day. got on youtube and saw your upload! you guys turned my day around thank you!
Hey Ryan. I just wanted to say, I’m totally addicted to your show by now. Lol. I’ve always hated doing anything that has to do with CONCRETE. But I’ve always loved watching it be installed. I consider it to an art form that takes many many years of practice. You and your crew do BEAUTIFUL work. And I mean that whole heartedly. Keep up the good work and please keep on making the videos. I live in River Falls Wisconsin but I’m from South West Florida. I would love to make a trip to your side of the state and hang out with you and your crew for a couple of days.
I love your videos when I first watch them it inspired me
Eric stop being late man u have a good opportunity here working for ryan, same goes with Daryl, sleep at home
If I was Eric and Francisco i'm giving it my all to learn from this man and become even more. The oppurtunity they have is priceless but maybe hard to see at that age.
@@BR-vd2ux very true, go 110%. by the sounds of last few vid's eric wants to start up his own company, I say stay with ryan a year and learn as much as u can and use all the help ryan allows. seems like ryan is willing to help.
I would like to congratulate Victory Outdoor Services on reaching one hundred thousand subscribers. It’s extremely refreshing to see a UA-cam channel succeed by hard work and good morals. As construction inspector with thirty five year of experience it’s refreshing to see quality work being done on the daily. You surety have an special group of workers and I bet you wouldn’t trade them for anything. Keep up the good work and keep doing it Victory Style.
Congrats on 100k! My dad always taught me that if you borrowed something, you return it in better condition than it was before you borrowed it. I worked construction for many years and had an awesome boss that rarely ever got angry, but the 2 things that would get him fired up was empty gas tanks and/or not greasing machines. Keep up the good work sir! :)
Is it possible to let us know what music you use in the video? Specifically the classic type music during the time lapse?
A lot of these music types are royalty free. There are a bunch of websites online that you can pull these from - I believe there are creators on UA-cam as well, you just have to give them credit in your videos
YUP ... Empty GAS TANK was the WORSE !!! The next time they want to borrow equipt, there would be a FIRM "NOPE" !! ("And YOU KNOW WHY", right .....
Wow. Digging curves with the skid steer. Outstanding brother !
Man although they seem like great guys, the Daryl’s really mooch off you Ryan. I totally understand with jr as he doesn’t seem capable of some stuff, but his dad sleeping in the skid steer while the rest of the crew works in the back really shows his character..
The most humble boss ive ever met yall so blessed to have this guy SHEESH!
If I were you I would be having a crew evaluation… Daryl seems to have the brown bottle flu today… I can’t believe Daryl did not fill up the fuel for what he used He took advantage of you…. Boss appreciation day is needed
Brown bottle flu is right... I was hoping someone else would acknowledge this. Dude disappears for a few hours almost every day of work, forgets things nonstop, makes constant mistakes and always seems f'd up.
It's either booze or H or this guy has some serious life issues going on.
I've been watching since the 4th vid on this channel and I honestly hate to see Ryan get taken advantage of like this. I have drunks in my family and they all act like this when someone tries to hold them accountable.
@@griffin6507 bro you guys are insane. If you’ve actually been watching the videos for that long than you can tell it’s pretty obvious that Darryl and Ryan are old friends. Dude does side jobs almost every weekend. Ryan hooked junior up with a part time job and buys him clothes. Not to mention you got a grandfather, father, and son all working for the same guy. Look at the bigger picture man. I’m sick of people dawgin on Darryl all the time. Dudes got a positive attitude and seems fun to work with. I understand Ryan’s frustration about the fuel tank but $500 is more than enough to cover that. Still should’ve filled it up tho
I started wondering if maybe he is a Diabetic. I'm as well and sometimes it can feel like you have been drained of energy. (Sometimes to much food or not enough). I guess it could be anything at this point though.
I've watched three of these and I'm sold. Great dude with a great team.
I want to know the story of Daryl and Ryan’s relationship. Seems to get cut a lot of breaks lol
Yes please, we need an explanation of how both the Daryls are allowed to still be working there.
He probably just doesn't pay them much money. I get great workers because I pay a totally inexperienced guy $15 and a skilled Journeyman $30 + pension + health insurance
