Rosie and I have had our Brinkley Z3100 since May and have had it to Alaska and back. So much to like about it. The running gear (shackles. springs, H rated Cooper tires) is geared for putting serious miles on this rig. Solar (we put up a second panel) on the roof 370 watts per panel. The interior beautiful. Anyway it is selling well and backed by some of the best people in the RV business! This is Burlington Bill Busking on the road and here on You Tube.
Wow!!! Bill and Rosie, thanks so much for your comment on the Brinkley. It was our first time seeing it in person, and it sounds like you have put yours to the test, Alaska? That is awesome. Thanks for sharing your real-world experience with our community.
We are purchasing an RV for retirement. The Brinkley is top notch and is in the top of our list. We like you saw one on a lot and it was better any thing else. Just the drawers made out of wood and dove tailed, they are solid.😊
Just bought one. Love it! Just an fyi on a couple things you missed and I know you liked the little things. At the end of the dining table there is a silverware drawer (all wood ) that pulls out. Also, the dresser drawer top pulls out to extend the top to make it a desk. You can add a back filler piece that fills in the gap. Having said that, should you choose not to use it as a desk, there is a velvet bottomed area beneath the dresser top that you can hide or store personal and valuable items in. Also, the wet bay outside there is a built-in hose on a reel that extends to 65 feet and then will extend back onto the reel when not in use. All very thoughtful details that I know you both would love!
Wow - love that crown molding detail around the windows. The blinds are nice but the "hidden" area of the blind takes up a bit of the window space. Great tour!
In a word, "Quality"....great materials, better furniture and very residential. Soft close cabinets with dovetail joinery. A bit more expensive, but its because you get more. From a safety stand point....The absolute best tires on a 5th wheel....way less chance of a blow out for sure. Love the bathroom and bedroom....Gen prep and electric dump valves like in high end coaches.
Love this fifth wheel and you did a great job presenting it. Two comments, one is if you opt for the queen size be you get a couple of small night stands. Second I don't know if you noticed but the dresser top in the bedroom slides forward vs. lifting up like others making it a good place for a desk if needed.
Thanks for the tour. Some stats along with the review would be 21:04 a bonus. Overall length? Delivered price? GVWR? Unloaded weight? I do like all the natural light allowed by the many windows. Mega storage space. More of a seasonal or full-time RV as far as I'm concerned. Thanks for showing!
You guys did a great review of the Brinkley. They do a wonderful job on the build quality and their plumbing is the best of what i have seen. The details are exactly what you said. That is what sets them apart. I saw your intro and I saw a Rockwood on the cap. It looks like our Rockwood 2608. Am I correct? Thanks for the detailed review and take care!
I kinda expect those features from a fifth wheel, one of the reasons they cost so much! Some travel trailers are catching up. Nevertheless, buyers beware cuz the quality of RVs is not of really good quality for what you pay. I think it really comes down to choice of floor plan and after purchase customer service! Great video and thanks for sharing!
The floorplan is key. You are correct. It does come down to what someone is looking for and if it fits their rv style. We appreciate your checking it out with us. Have a safe and wonderful holiday ❤️.
Looks like a great fifth wheel. We love we our motorhome, but some friends of ours have fifth wheels and my wife thinks the fifth wheels make better use of the space. The one you showed looks better than any I’ve seen.
It was a nice looking unit. We were surprised to see it in person and how impressive it was. Just wanted to share it with you all and highlight what we thought was a unique rig, in our opinion. Thanks for checking it out with us. Have a great holiday 😀.
The brand is too new and needs to be out there for a while before you can really evaluate it because looking at the suspension from what I could see. It definite need a upgrade
Thanks for the feedback. We will keep an eye out on more reviews around the brand. I'm hoping they have success and keep up the craftsmanship. We will see.

Very nice video, guys!
I'm partial to the Destin, Florida area myself! 👍🏾😊
Thank you. FL is like our second home on the road. We enjoy it.
