My Relaxing Curly Hair Routine

So many of you requested this on my Instagram and comments on my last video so I thought I'd share my routine. I do not steam every wash day but it helps with keeping my hair moisturised and healthy. The products I use all work really well together hence why I used three stylers but make sure to test a small section at the back of your hair to know which products can be mixed when styling.

I'm in the process of colouring my hair a chestnut brown after many months of having black hair. It was a long process as black is the most hardest colour to shift. Right now it's brown but after watching you and your beautiful black hair, I'm in two minds lol. Nah, I've been through too much to get to where I am lol. I needed to see this video. I was thinking of texturizing my hair after 10 months of being natural from my last big chop because my curls are tight and the shrinkage was real and I already knew it would get difficult to manage as it gets longer in maybe 2 more years. Then your video finds me and something just spoke to me to try. Just try and see what happens if you keep going. There's no easy way for my hair but I am just going to keep trying.

It's possible that dying her hair made it loser( happened to me)so this is actually her natural curl pattern. Both are beautiful regardless
lana That usually happens when you cut your hair. Plus the dye/bleaching can loosen the natural pattern. But as it grows it will probably loosen again due to the weight of the hair. Curly hair is so magical, isn’t it?

One question: so you used a conditioner and a hair mask?
Is this something you do in every wash or when you want to give your curls extra moisture/deep condition?
I added a small amount of the mask to the conditioner but I do this once every three weeks. 💖

It feels like a serum in texture but it has the hold of a gel just with no crunch!
Do you enjoy these products and after a few hours is the hair still soft and shiny? I hate how mu curls look dead and dry :(

I didn't dye it, this is my natural colour. My curls have become more defined than before for sure.

Aisha Yassy don’t do it you’ll regret it I did while I was transitioning and it messed up my hair so bad trust me you’ll regret it and you’ll miss you curls
@@Mandii771 yes also to add it doesnt make mantience any easier when my hair was relaxed it was a lot harder to take care of bc breakage, dryness, etc.
