Not sure whether anyone from Gordon Ramsay's team will be reading much into the comments, but I wanted to say thank you for these videos. I agree as long as it's food you want to cook. However when life happens and time is short it's a chore to cook boxed mac and cheese and boiled hot dogs for the kids.Thats when cooking sucks.Ramsey level of cooking I reserve for a day off work when I have time to enjoy prepping and cooking.

Chef Ramsay, I wanted to personally thank you for this recipe and for making all your videos snappy, easy-to-understand and fun! My husband is diabetic and I was so inspired by this very diabetic-friendly dish, I'm preparing this for him to enjoy tonight. Thank you so much for your unwavering commitment to excellence.
@@hans3331000 Hi Hans, I'm very glad you asked that. I do take certain liberties with recipes to make them appropriate for my husband. Since I've been cooking this way for so long, neither of us can stand anything that is sweet (except for berries and apples that we grow) I simply omitted the brown sugar in the meat and perhaps it wasn't as sweet, nor as golden as Chef Ramsay's, but was delicious. Sometimes when I want a *hint* of sweetness in a savory dish, I will grate some carrot. As to the sauce, I didn't put any brown sugar in the sauce. However, to balance the flavors, I did add a drop or two of stevia. These wraps are a favorite around here. Don't be afraid to modify a good, solid recipe like this to factor in for special dietary needs.
+SgtSplatter782 Malaysian here. I cook Malay, Chinese and Indian at home. Never have i ever come across any recipe that requires Brown Sugar, or sugar for that matter. Maybe our brothers across the causeway bridge - Singapore add it into their dishes, because they like their food sweet! Whereas we like our food savoury across all types of cuisine! I tried this today. I was really stunned. I would never have imagined to use lime juice and coriander for such a meal, but it fits brilliantly. I am gaining confidence to experiment with balancing spices, indeed. Thank you!
I am a first timer on this Asian dish - Gordon Ramsey moves so fast and talks fast 🚀 it was good. And used leftover meat with white sticky sushi rice - Thank you 😊
The more you cook the more confident you become. Season meat before you cook. Touch of olive oil. Get good color in your meat by breaking it up, and firing it up and make it crispy. Draining is crucial keeps meat crispy. Use just the chopped chili garlic and ginger first with the seasame seed oil lifts the flavor, and brn sugar carmalizes. Shreeded lime makes the meat frangrant. Wow this is so inventive, I'd like to have a try! How do you cook the gyoza wraps? Considering it is raw flour/dough. Do you fry the wraps separately, or do you lay the almost cooked beef onto the wraps whilst they are frying? :)
Queenie Hon With gyoza I generally stuff the prepared mixture into the raw pastry, then steam them, then fry them in a pan with a little oil to get the flat part crispy.

Roommate and I just made these - they were really good. Then we added some of the fried rice we made from another one of Ramsay's videos and that took it to another level - would highly recommend!
Probably, if you used dark instead of white meat, just for the fat content. The fat on any meat really helps carry the spices all of the way through. And, I'd also wager that the cooking time for the chicken in the pan would be less than the beef/pork mix here, because overcooked chicken is pretty damn nasty.
Matt Revits Thanks for the information. The problem is that I only eat chicken, nothing else. So I was wondering if I could use chicken mince instead, cause' these wraps look delicious.
You know, if you only eat chicken and still want some well-rounded nutrition in a pretty easy context, Mexican is really good. The recipes work just as well for steak, chicken or pork in something like fajitas and, after you follow a recipe that you like once or twice, you'll likely start changing the seasonings on your own to suit. An added bonus is that, even if I'm cooking for me, my wife and three kids, I can still fit all of the pots, pans and dishes into the sink at the end.
Fun fact, the core is where the capsaicin (the oil that makes chili peppers spicy) is. Most people think it’s the seeds, but in fact the seeds only have capsaicin ON them because they are attached to what actually produces the capsaicin.
We just made this! It turned out awesome! Make sure you go super high to sear the meat right. Especially on electric stoves. A dab of sour cream is REALLY good and helps off set the heat if you don’t like it super spicy

I never cook anything they do but I just love watching them for some reason
Out of all the like 20 cooking videos ive seen him do this is the only one actually looks good to me
I just feel like he doesn't quite grasp the concept of teaspoons
Must mean something different in the UK??😁
Anyone here from 2019 heh
minced garlic, bring it further than u sually do. i am chinese, gone straight to black :)
2:02 yep that’s how much a tea spoon is
Roommate and I just made these - they were really good. Then we added some of the fried rice we made from another one of Ramsay's videos and that took it to another level - would highly recommend!
lol it looks like korean bbq
no it doesn't. Looks more like thai or vietnamese food
TheRealNoodles nope, the food is definitely korean style
But the sauce is kind of thai style
He said mince 18 times lol
Yeah you tend to talk about the ingredients you're using when making a cooking show...
You counted how many times he said mince lol
u have 18 likes
Mince
Can i use chicken instead?
Probably, if you used dark instead of white meat, just for the fat content. The fat on any meat really helps carry the spices all of the way through. And, I'd also wager that the cooking time for the chicken in the pan would be less than the beef/pork mix here, because overcooked chicken is pretty damn nasty.
Matt Revits Thanks for the information. The problem is that I only eat chicken, nothing else. So I was wondering if I could use chicken mince instead, cause' these wraps look delicious.
***** You only eat chicken? Why are you even on this channel?
BullShitThat Why are you even on this earth?
You know, if you only eat chicken and still want some well-rounded nutrition in a pretty easy context, Mexican is really good. The recipes work just as well for steak, chicken or pork in something like fajitas and, after you follow a recipe that you like once or twice, you'll likely start changing the seasonings on your own to suit. An added bonus is that, even if I'm cooking for me, my wife and three kids, I can still fit all of the pots, pans and dishes into the sink at the end.
That epic crunch you get from spring onions
Fun fact, the core is where the capsaicin (the oil that makes chili peppers spicy) is. Most people think it’s the seeds, but in fact the seeds only have capsaicin ON them because they are attached to what actually produces the capsaicin.
"the pork needs to sit in there or else the beef is gonna dry out"
what the hell are you trying to say, gordon??
Im searching the comments for what he means by this lol
Pork is juicer than beef when cooked.
Would be nice to have the recipe listed in the description instead of faffing around trying to look for it
Definitely will make this tonight😋 Thank you for this incredibly easy but super delicious recipe
All of his foods that he cooks look so good. Gordon maybe you should teach some of the restaurants around where I live how to cook.
Made this again tonight. Freaking delicious. No leftovers. The sauce is to die for
I like how the description of the video even seems like it's narrated in Gordon's voice.
I got my love of cooking just from watching your videos. Good job. Greetings from Kenya
I just made it! It's super delicious! It's easy to follow and the result is awesome! Thank you very much for sharing! 💕
Key words here....’ crisp, mince’ pay attention everyone. Crisp, mince
this man can cook anything I swear
We just made this! It turned out awesome! Make sure you go super high to sear the meat right. Especially on electric stoves. A dab of sour cream is REALLY good and helps off set the heat if you don’t like it super spicy
