Let me personally tell you something i purchased an i3 processor pc before use maine editing, aur coding seekha, han that was not easy bahut lag hota tha but phir bhi maine usse money earn kiya although it was hard but still after 2 years i brought a new Good Pc for me, Toh Every Coins has two faces you are right they are limited but there is another side too.

Totally with you on this. I bought a 15k dell optiplex with 9th gen i3 and it works great even for 4k playback and some older games. Smaller than a laptop, and takes only 60Watt on max usage. People forget that bigger PCs consume a lot of power even when they're just watching videos or browsing.

I bought a gtx 1660(2nd hand) and it was crashing alot and i thought it was because of high temps, but even after tweaking fan and power setting it was still crashing, at the end i had to buy 1660 super instead

1080p on 27inch is fine, you will get used to it in few days. If you have a good graphics card only then buy a 2k monitor. Because quality is worse on 2k monitor when you set the resolution to 1080p. But the same will look fine on 1080p screen.

I got a tiny used dell optiplex PC for 15k with core i3 and integrated graphics. It works great for everything and I can play games which are older than 2014 easily on this. Of course I upgraded the Ram and added a monitor and peripherals but you can connect it to your TV and buy a cheap MB/KB combo as well.
