When I find myself slouching, the matador stance comes immediately into mind 😂. I told a friend about it & when she sees me slouching, she immediately shouts matador at me..😂

Step 1. I got my WWP to watch you and she did a couple exercises. She enjoyed Laura's antics. She did the like this video and the neck exercise video. Now to get her to do a little more each time.
She is going to PT at Big Hearts Center for Parkinson’s 2-3 times a week. Thank you for this. I hope she will eventually do the whole workout.
