I finally hit that milestone tonight! I’m pretty stoked about it!
Nice nice, but try not to slam it into your chest when you go down, shit’s dangerous😂😂
All injuries come from doing this as well
Insane strength that is true inspiration .great job bro🤝🏽🤝🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾👏👏👏
that's really impressive for your size man good shit
Its interesting. Ive learned its not so much your size. Its Its something happening on the inside of the body not much so the outer or physical appearance. Strange how muscles work, im not sure what is the element that needs to build up but this indeed is accomplished lifting just how he did. Or atleast i accomplish it. What went wrong was i tried 2 pr 3 reps at max weight and struggled like crazy through the last. The feeling thereafter was that if Doms but it lasted months before i could lift heavy again and after a year, im just now seeing myself close back to that 300lb weight. I am pretty fit and muscular but slim like compared to the guys who is bulky and look like they on roids and yet left the same as them.
What was your wieght?
How about my size I’m 5 foot six 175 pounds and I can get 300 8 times
Thank you brother!🤞🏼 keep up the hard work and stay healthy!
@@weightliftergamer9768 what's your age ?
I had the same reaction at 300lbs..👍👍 Not that it's a "hard to imagine" amount of weight, but like you... I wasn't very heavy weighing 185lbs, but I always wanted to get that lift in.
Over the years I only managed a maxed out 340lbs, and that's at around 195lbs. So for you to lift 300lbs at 164lbs IS legit impressive. Especially in a short amt of time.
Well done mate, stay safe and healthy. 💪
Thank you my brother. To lift so much weight is crazy to see what the body is capable of. I’m so proud of you! Stay healthy 🤞🏼
🔥🔥🔥🔥
I’m going for 300 in less than an hour from now, watching this for the mindset. Good shit brother
Didn’t get it 😢. It was so fucking close but it just came to a stop at my sticking point and after holding it for a few seconds it moved down
Youll get it soon as hell, im gonna be attempting it this or next week, were gonna make it brah!
@@cyrussoltani9420 good luck on it brother, soon we’ll be dining in the three plate club
Hey man never give up! You got this! Thank you for the comment, I appreciate that so much. Push-ups help a lot!
Awesome! Keep it going man!
Thank you so much!
Good job on your pr mate. Keep it up
Laird Ross thank you!
@@laikejowers welcome
@Daniel Mullen one rep max.. A bench press is a bench press he lifted it..
I'm on my way to 260. I just hit 205 for 9. I think in another week or so I'll be able to hit 260 or 270 at 185lbs bodyweight. I want that 315 so bad.
Easy on that rib cage guys!!! ouch. snapped ribs dont heal so quick.
This is super impressive
Thank you!🙏🏼
Ayeeeeee
Congrats. I know how hard it is. My PR is only 205 but, My next birthday I'll be 80 years old.
That’s extremely impressive. You’re someone that we young guys look up to! Keep up the hard work and stay healthy!
Good job broski, keep it up, stay natty
Yes sir stay natty! I appreciate the comment brother! Stay healthy!
Nice job!
Thank you for the comment! Cheers!
That bouncing off the chest nonsense don't count
How not?
GOOD SHIT!!!!
Dude what kind of programming did you do to increase that much in your bench press??
V id my main thing that has always helped me was tons of pushups. I normally try to do 100 a day, but then just before the final max out, I did 300 pushups everyday, to match the weight I wanted. Work on weak points, use boards to help specific spots you struggle with. Then pretty much almost work at sets and reps like 6x3. Don’t do more than 3. Work from percentages of your max but always try to do more weight than what the percent says. This all helped me. You got it
laike jowers Thanks brotha. Hope you reach 400 very soon
@@laikejowers I think you have a bit of a sticking point in the middle, not to judge your lifts, and I think you can benefit from adding some dynamic bench days into your routine since you're essentially powerlifting.
@@5.7hemi79 bro tats called stronglift
What’s your routine bro
Just to let you know 225 to 300 is 75 pounds not 80 pounds. Your bench is strong but your math is weak sauce.
Your porn name game is strong...
300 is easy I can rep it 8 times.
Here is a cookie 🍪 something tells me your looking for one
Why did it drop it on his chest like that I thought he was gonna puncture a lung or break a rib or something lol
Nice but ya gotta stop bouncing some of the reps, anyways mad respect for the pauses tho 💯
What's your bodyweight and age?
I was 17 years old weighing 164lbs
How can this be? This guy has little muscles, looks like a teen and he benches more than 100 kg???!!!
So you’re strong ??
That feels like an oversimplification
strong af to be accurate
Bet ol boy can outlift your couch dwelling ass
@@markcrank7145 ashame I was the guy spotting him lol
Do you wrestle?
Four years later, now I do! Hahaha funny where life takes you
