Life hacks in a nutshell.
3:18 This only works in Java Edition. If you're playing Bedrock Edition, the chunk coordinates will be 8 instead of 9. Unfortunately Bedrock Edition doesn't have a debug menu, so here's another trick (only if your world has Show Coordinates enabled):
Make the X and Z coordinates positive, subtract 8 (or 9 in Java Edition) from them, then divide by 16. If both X and Z are whole numbers (ending in ".00000"), that's where the buried treasure is.

Could one technically work backwards with this formula? Just plug in 2 positive numbers and do the math in reverse until you get X and Z coordinates that make sense, right?

I think you have to be in exactly the right position
I believe it works by having the mobs unable to see you and therefore won't aggro on you.
They can hurt you
If the mob is aggro-ed and is on top of trapdoor
They can reach your hitbox

3:14 for console players or mobile you could also use a boat, all you have to do is dig down a bit and then place down the boat next to a wall, if you did it correctly you can then move forward into a wall and then be able to see the chest, this can also be used to find caves or geods.

Could use it to make tipped arrows without ever going to the End, actually. Easier to do, too, and actually automatable (creeper farm + potion farm + arrow dispenser).

I love this video for the fact that this is a real list, counting up from one to 28, not counting down like most vids do. One of these tips is not necessarily better than the others so counting down would make no sense. well done sir
I love the mention of the leave updates. I've been using this tech, ever since observers got introduced and man is it useful, best thing is, that when hidden properly you can actually make vertical signals that are "invisible" even when passing though a room, since you can easily diguise it as a bush etc.

I always remove the plate, loot the temple and then put it back so I can tell my friend where to find this temple I "didnt have time to loot" because for whatever reason he always forgets about the tnt
I didn't the first time I found a temple, but that's only because I didn't know about the trap
I always remove the blue terracotta for the sunlight to penetrate the treasure room, then dig down the wall of the room, remove the pressure plate and collect the treasure and TNT to my heart's content.

Hey a quick tip for anyone trying to get the "sleep with the fishes" achievement which is spending a day underwater then stand under a block and on a soul sand block and go AFK because it prevents drowning and you don't take damage like from magma blocks ♡♡♡

You can Sneak and crawl on magma underwater you get air + no dmg taken if done correctly

I got lucky with this achievement. On console (I play Ps5) you can switch editions of the game on the bottom tab of the main menu and access the tutorial world.
They straight up give you a conduit and a space below with prismatic blocks to use so it’s very handy 👌🏻
I am genuinely surprised of how many good tips there are in this vid, usually these types of vids have like 1 things most people don't know, but i had no idea about most of them, great vid 👍

Hey here's another tip for move villagers even easy when you ring the bell the villagers runs to their bed, so what you have to do is take all the beds around and then put one bed where you want them to go, finally ring the bell and all the villagers will go there you can move and entire village that easy !!

That video was awesome. I learned some new things and I had forgotten some stuff and some stuff and you refresh my memory so thank you keep it up
Another tip about campfires is to put them on top of hay bales. This makes a near 20 block tall smoke signal fire you can see for miles. It's also good for making a smoking chimney to give your house that nice, rustic feel.
One more thing about chorus fruit, they fill up your saturation even at full hunger

Chorus fruits are one of those weird food items that you can eat even at full hunger, and since they give you A LOT of saturation, it's good to have them with your steaks and stuff.
(You can sit in a middle of a lake or smth as Chorus fruit has a limited range and it can't teleport you into water so it'll be helpful to do it there!)

You can use the /setblock command to place water in the nether.
This probably is an intended feature, and it works perfectly in bedrock 1.17.

well restone people often have slime on them(for restone with slime in it), since water and redstone don't get along, using slime will not wash away 3 hours of work in 5 seconds
The water bucket wasnt supposed to be used to prevent fall damage but actually to build a layer down.
I know this is a old video . But in the desert temple the easiest is to actually not touch the floor.. just place blocks along the sides of the shaft in a stair pattern to get down.. then you can loot all 4 chests, never touch the floor and its very nice being able to just jump from block to block to get back up..

You have to reposition your self to the middle of the composter, he uses a replay mod to play the gameplay of him getting in the composter

Here's another one: if you have a tripwire trap setup, you can break the string with shears to "disarm" the tripwire! This will keep the string in place and disable the trap without triggering it (whereas just breaking the string in other ways will trigger it).

It took me so long to move two villager from a frozen biome to my house (around 800 block away)
The buried treasure tip is a life saver. I've spent SO long digging while beaches out trying to find it 😂😂
I occasionally like to play with realism (no absurd wood tools like wood pickaxes, axes, and hoes, meaning I need to find a village and get lucky) so I usually need some way to be safe (oh and no unrealistic structures or no small cabins made for and in one night) so a campfire and a fence is usually my best bet

Btw eating chorus fruit also gives unlimited saturation since you can eat them when you're not hungry, so if you need some really quick healing, or you're about to do something that takes a lot of health, you can chug a bunch of fruit

I think that tip is for when you accidentally trigger the plate via You or the blocks that you mined from the surface
For that surviving the temple trap trick, If you have a shield you can jump ontop one of the chest with the shield and look towards the explosion, it should launch you up while taking away about 2-3 full hearts.
Edit: you have to jump right before the explosion to get that extra distance off the group for the damage reduction, if you don’t you’ll likely survive but with barely any health

3:20 Once I actually used this trick because I got lost in a birch forest, but I managed to use that trick to get back to a nearby buried treasure, which was like 100 blocks away from my base
About that last point using leaves for redstone...
There is a way better way of doing this with walls!
Make a three blocks wide wall between the heights you want to transfer the signal and then you use a piston again to push a cobblestone block (or something similar) against the middle (of the three blocks wide part)
That will cause a block update as well because this creates a "pillar?" There!
The advantage: this doesn't have any restrictions on how far it goes! (You can go hundreds of blocks instantly if you want)
Another advantage: if you make the wall four blocks wide you can send 2 separate pulses... Or If 5 blocks wide 3 pulses etc... 😉
