The bolt disassembles so easily. I still need to learn how to disassemble the bolt to my Mossberg 395KB.

I have the ATA Turquas in 243 and 6.5 creedmoor. Just the best budget rifles on the market. Mine has fibre optics iron sights. But identical otherwise. The accuracy with multiple brands and weights is simply amazing. Just gourgeous walnut as well. Deeply surprised at the value of these.
My trigger is fully adjustable where yours had some limutations to it.
    Very useful video thks

The 1903 Springfield cocks on the lifting the bolt as does the Remington 700 and most other bolt action rifles that I have shot. Cocking on closure was done on Mauser 98 actions I think, along with the Enfield action you have. Both cocking mechanisms have advantages and disadvantages but I think the cock on lifting the bolt is the most popular.

I think this rifle is a world better than the Axis. I had one for a while and absolutely despised it. I actually sold it to a gun store and used the money to buy my 30.06 M1917.
I do wish the mags were different and more quality made.
