Your tutorials are amazing... But difficult to match up with your speed .. I have to decrease the video speed n catch us though. You did mirroring for us without hassel... That was amazing & commendable.. 👍 I heard about chandranamaskar for the first time......

Yes one round of Surya namaskar is once on left and once on right so that's two surya Namaskars so 54 rounds of Surya namaskar is 108 surya Namaskars :)

I have a great time doing this workout and I have a hard time straighten my legs for the last workout 😂 I am only able to straighten out my legs for the last round 😰. Anyway, thank you so much for doing this, a lot of sweating lol. I have diastasis recti, so, most of the time I have to control my abdominal muscles.
