- Top player in EndWar plays a 1v1 online in 2024 and I explain my strategies. Man is it hard to think out loud while playing this game. I did some edits to help make it a little more interesting and help with explaining what goes through my head. I hope you enjoy! Sorry Mac, I had to be an airstriking menace!

Please keep playing EndWar, I no life’s this so hard when I was young and always wanted to return, you made me dig it out today and even on 360 it still slaps.
I’m a big RTS guy, and on the end of quality and perfect gameplay/balance and pure addiction, “Broken Arrow” is the one for u. There’s a single player beta coming out soon but until full release play EndWar.
Also can u make one in depth about using force recon?
Genuinely, some of the best PVP strategy game content I've seen. The overlay explaining the details that the untrained eye wouldn't see, highlighting important points and enemies, reflections on good and bad descisions, and the calm and clear commentary. This is the sort of stuff that can revive a whole game.

I'm glad you like that! I always wish people would do that and now that I'm making them, I realize how easy it is. So easy, it's just lazy not to do that little bit of editing.
Its so awesome to see someone making end war content in 2024! Also i love the live commentary and i think it could help teach the new people who didn't play back into the day how to be competitive.
Rottweiler drones with rockets were always one of my favorite upgrades.
US PD-6 drones with rockets are crazy strong.
3:00 part of the reason I love Endwar and Stormrise is you can see this stuff with a keen eye, like for an example from Stormrise, you can physically spot a cloaked Specter just by looking for the shimmer of it's cloak, and since it's just one dude if you got Infiltrators you can order them to turn on Thermal Vision and dome the backstabber,
before he can do any major damage, and stuff like Locusts and Hunters can be spotted from miles away while they are flying high in the air, but at the same time they could just be there to facilitate orders,
like you can do with Gunships in Endwar, though Hunters and Locust fly MUCH higher then Gunships do, to the point that them flying low is a triggered ability, they made intel feel very reasonable compared to other RTS games where it's like "ah yes my Scrin Assault Carrier cannot see the giant pitch black mech in the middle of the open desert because of reasons".
I've really got to go back and play stormrise. I think I was just not in the right zone when I played it the first at like 14/15yo.
@@icecoldsnakeYT TBF, Whipselect is a pain to work with as the main method of selecting units, if it had been buffered with voice commands or better traditional controls it'd great, part of the reason I like Endwar over Stormrise gameplay wise is that it does what Stormrise tried to do via a quicker and simpler solution of using Voice Commands, like I can just say "Unit 2 Secure Delta", and they go and do it while I'm giving orders to a different unit,
vs Stormrise where I gotta fight with Whip Select to get to my Infiltrators who I've moved up high with indirect orders just to issue more indirects through them, hell just adding a Sitrep view like the Com-Vehicle provides when your Commander/Siren is alive would have gone a long way as well.
Stormrise just feels very unfriendly to even experienced players (though I did play the 360 and PS3 versions not the PC one and I was like maybe 10 years old at the time), also it's a GFWL game for PC so you might have to do some breaking to get it to work on PC, I know the Universe at War community has broken GFLW to play Multiplayer, and broke the game itself just last year to play Multiplayer with mods.
It's one of the reasons why I like Endwar over traditional RTS.
I got a disc of stormrise one time from gamestop, and it's been a while but I remember the skirmish Ai not working at all.

@@icecoldsnakeYT I really enjoy the editing. I never play it, so you placing arrows and explaining what you're doing, where units are going, and what's going on in areas that I didn't even see is super helpful to understand what's going on. No notes here except to keep making videos!!
Double jsf artillery is absolutely brutal to have to compete with.
Had to hit him with the airstrike strat. Poor unfortunate soul.
I wish I had friends interested in this game and other niche games I’m into. It would be the bomb to play the MP again.

Not like it was with TOW. There is a discord for Endwar revival to do basic skirmish multiplayer
Can you force ground attack on console?
You sure can! Great for hitting riflemen that are still in stealth
