La Zagaleta looks like paradise to live, this property is great.... but I think they made a big mistake with some of that wallpaper. Nothing some paint won't fix.

It should not be more then 15M€! It hard to say but from what I can see in a video, which is not much, usually for home like this in Zagaleta this type of home and size is roughly mentioned price. Interior desig looks like spanish architect and spanish style.

Actually, I've seen Villas here that were extremely cheaper that I thought were extremely better than this (This is absolutely not my style). I'd rather get the cheaper one and invest the difference and keep doubling that money over and over. Make sure my family doesn't have to have a working class job for generations to come. I really wonder who will buy it? I can't see it as an investment because you can make way more money other ways.
The video needs some spice, almost the same changing sequence , same angles of the pool over and over from the same angle, juice it up a little more!! thats a million euro house ffs! :)
