- Launch of the inaugural episode of "Mounjaro Journey with Pam." In this video, I'll share my weight loss successes and failures, including having 2 weight loss surgeries. I'll share why I decided to try Mounjaro after I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and losing 45 lbs by walking 5 days a week and eating a low carb diabetes (keto-type) of diet. The added bonus is I share 5 tips to help with side effects. Most people on a GLP-1 medicine will experience constipation at some point and muscle or leg cramps and I am sharing what has helped cure these side effects for me. I'm excited to connect with you here. I want you to know that there is hope again to cure the disease of obesity, even if you have tried so many of the diets and maybe even had weight loss surgery. Let me tell you, I did too and I still used them I co texted the company and they responded that they use sunflower oil because it gives the drink a creamy texture. I was disappointed that they didn’t even seem to consider making a change or tell me if they had tried changes. Shame it’s inflammatory to our body. @@MounjarojourneywithPam I did already! Left a like! You did say in it that Zepbound didn't have GLP-1 in it because it was just for weightloss, but Zep and MJ are exactly the same drug, just different names to get through approval red-tape. I didn't want t spoil the comments on your video though 🙈
I think you have a very engagning and natural way of talking, I find it quite soothing. Usually I can't pay attention for long periods, but I really like watching your videos before I get ready for bed 😊
@@giftenetienne9556 aww that’s so sweet Yikes thank you for pointing that out I didn’t explain that right at all. I did get that mixed up It’s the semiglutide that has the one you’re right The tirzepitide (Mounjaro and Zepbound have both). I’ll need to add that Thank you so so much
