People probably see you guys walking down the street, see Ashlyn with her ears and you with a camera and say "Oop. There's those crazy nerd people again. Look away Timmy"
I enjoy your Vlogs so much. Thanks for doing this. Pre-Prerelease seems to go longer every time for some reason, ha ha. Good for us fans. Much love from across the pond!
Ah, the perfect way to spend the 4th of July: watching recorded footage of fireworks from Canada Day. Also, of course it's REL:Axed at the pre-prerelease, it's being enforced.
"Is God a Sith?" I come here for the hard-hitting questions. But, seriously, what a nice-looking vlog. I'm not a *huge* vlog watcher, but I've seen a few and I think these are well above the quality-vlog bar RE: shots and editing.
That moment when you didn't watch the HOU preprerelease because you were in Canada helping with a street fair instead of watching your own. Favorite Canadian's stream.
Glad you all had fun on Canada Day. I was in downtown Ottawa for the festivities. It was fun except there were over half a million people cramming the city, it rained heavily multiple times and food and drink were scarce. If there wasn't a subway opened on Canada Day my friend and I would've been fucked.
I live across a little bay from where my town's fireworks thing happens and I find it a much nicer experience watching fireworks from a bit of a distance where it's not so loud.
Hey G, I hate to be the one to mention it, but you spelled Canada wrong at 11:11 >.> Super awesome, though, and thanks so much for streaming the preprerelease!
I found one of those million dollar bills at a keyboard at my community college in New Jersey! It has a picture of Rutherford B. Hayes on it. Not sure why.
I spent Canada Day in LA going to a japanese music concert :) We also don't actually celebrate it in Quebec and instead serves as national move day since most leases begin and end on July 1st here.
Happy (belated) Canada 150 Day from your older sibling south of the 49th Parallel! I'm open to trying poutine, but I don't eat cheese, so it'd just be gravy and fries. In that case, does it still count as poutine?
As a man who hates poutine and pizza pops that is a sick sick move. What I hate gravy and I was never fond of fries. Also reminds me of one year back in high school where on Canada day me and some pals got together and just played Yu-Gi-Oh! till like 9 went to watch the fire works then went right back to playing an adult's children's card game. No god would be Mace Windu the cause of a lot of problems thinks he's mister always right.
Aaaaaaaugh. All day long I kept hearing "Ashlen" and that's my name as well (obviously spelled different but it's pronounced the same) and it kept making me twitch. :D
Bailey Holmes as a Canadian until recently in Ottawa, poutine can be amazing, when (like most things) it's parts are all good, trash ingredients gives trash results.
If poutine was invented in Vermont. People in Canada would hate it. It's the same as Chicago Deep Dish, Cincinnati Chili, Texas BBQ, and West Virginia Pepperoni Rolls. Solely local pride. Americans who voted for Trump still eat Mexican. Good foods travel.
That Christian banknote was awfully written and kinda misguided. I'm a Christian - I take issue with how that comes across and what it says about how God thinks/sees His creation
Callum Flint Same here...I couldn't get a good luck of who was on the bill but it looked like a caricature of Tim Tebow. Along with the fact it's a tract on a "million" dollar bill gives me the impression it was suppose to be a mockery...sucks because I'd love to play magic with these guys and share the gospel with them.
Same!! Nice to know that there are more Christians who play Magic - seems to be a very small community (in my gaming group there's me... guess God's given me my mission field :P ) God bless, bro!
Two things: that was placed there by Christian missionaries to attempt conversion. It's a common tactic in North America. Often times they are given instead of money as tips in restaurants. Awful practice. This isn't on the LRR team. Thing two: the majority of Magic players are from the US and the majority of people in the US are Christian. on top of that, the largest religion world wide (with ~ 2.2 billion followers) is Christianity; so the statement "nice to know that there are more Christians who play Magic" is odd, since a large percentage (if not the majority) of magic players would statistically be Christian.
If that's true, that's bad and I don't agree with it as a practice - I'm not entirely sure I believe it though as this is the first time I've heard of it and I know a number of North American missionaries and have read books written by a few more. Neither person said it was on the LRR team, so I'm not sure where you got that from... Filling in a census form with 'Christian' and ACTUALLY believing in God, going to church, praying etc. - actually living a Christian life - are not the same thing. A lot of people say they're Christians, but don't even believe in God. I've played MtG for about 4 years now and can count on one hand the number of Christians I've met who play Magic, so my statement is perfectly adequate for the situation.
1. “I’m not entirely sure I believe it though”. You’ve got to be kidding me. Google is your friend. 2. Google the “No True Scotsman Fallacy”. 3. “A lot of people say they're Christians, but don't even believe in God.” What?! Just… no. 4. “I've played MtG for about 4 years now and can count on one hand the number of Christians I've met who play Magic, so my statement is perfectly adequate for the situation”. I’ve been playing for well over a decade… I’m absolutely sure that it comes up in conversation OH so often *rolls eyes*
Only a Sith deals in absolutes!, said Obi-wan, dealing in an absolute,...
The Jedi are nothing if not hypocritical terrorists, let's be honest.
No, they are the religious authoritarian elite. Well, at least before the empire.
The hypocrisy was the point
4:30 Moonbase Mk. 3 sighting!!
Wow, the building they put in next door looks nice.
Exhausted Elox holy fuck
Wow, nice catch!
Good spot
People probably see you guys walking down the street, see Ashlyn with her ears and you with a camera and say "Oop. There's those crazy nerd people again. Look away Timmy"
That was actually really damn heartwarming. Happy Canada Day, you B.C. yuppies.
- Ontario yuppie.
Happy Canad Day :D
With the James million dollar bill bit I am... concerned for the future of the comments section of this video.
Honestly, this is some of the highest quality and best entertainment on the internet. Good job!
I enjoy your Vlogs so much. Thanks for doing this. Pre-Prerelease seems to go longer every time for some reason, ha ha. Good for us fans. Much love from across the pond!
that moment of contemplation when Adam bites into the ice cream sandwich is great
The production value of Gram's vlogs is so high it's really good !
Ah, the perfect way to spend the 4th of July: watching recorded footage of fireworks from Canada Day.
Also, of course it's REL:Axed at the pre-prerelease, it's being enforced.
Happy belated Canada day from your fellow Canadian
That was a nice vlog! Downtown Victoria looked really sweet!
"Is God a Sith?" I come here for the hard-hitting questions.
But, seriously, what a nice-looking vlog. I'm not a *huge* vlog watcher, but I've seen a few and I think these are well above the quality-vlog bar RE: shots and editing.
And what popped into my head after thinking this is "Are the Sith autistic?"
aww, wasn't able to watch the PPR live, will have to wach the VOD seems sweet! :D
Great Vlog as always G!
I have just come to realize how much you promote Parsonage/Fernwood and their stuff in these GVLogs, you should be getting sponsorship G!
That moment when you didn't watch the HOU preprerelease because you were in Canada helping with a street fair instead of watching your own. Favorite Canadian's stream.
Victoria looks wonderful.
Is Magical Canada Day similar to Magical Christmas Land? I assume the only difference is a significantly larger amount of Poutine.
Belated Happy Canada Day!

Graham, I gotta give props to your music choices for the gvlogs. Gives a great atmosphere to them :D
I got serious "He showed me the ocean!" vibes at 10:58
From someone in info sec. Fences are slightly more secure than a line of paint on the ground.
Graham's hair is on point
11:11
ah yes, the classic Canad Day fireworks
I'd love to visit Victoria someday, It seem like such a nice place.
Hey G, I hate to be the one to mention it, but you spelled Canada wrong at 11:11 >.>
Super awesome, though, and thanks so much for streaming the preprerelease!
Well, it's Canada, so the "eh" at the end is implied.
HOW DID ADAM NOT KNOW ABOUT CC NEXT DOOR?😲
Also, Cold Brew Cream Soda. On point. 👌
@graham Did you have an Asahi in honor of Canada Day as well? Also more Ashlen, such a win! ;o
An American watching a video of Canada Day fireworks on the 4th of July. I'm okay with this.
The beacons are lit! Victoria calls for aid! And Nanaimo will answer!
See, now we know there's a Marshlog Vlogcliffe, so we expect delivery!
I want to witness a Canada day some day
I found one of those million dollar bills at a keyboard at my community college in New Jersey! It has a picture of Rutherford B. Hayes on it. Not sure why.

We have to save James' soul! Get me two cans of Mountain Dew and my D100!
"Surely she's not going to walk out in public with those ears on"
"nope"
everyone is so fashionable!
Y'know... sooner or later, a tourism ad thing is going to want you to shoot stuff like this for them...
Happy (belated) Canada 150 Day from your older sibling south of the 49th Parallel!
I'm open to trying poutine, but I don't eat cheese, so it'd just be gravy and fries. In that case, does it still count as poutine?
I actually saw those pizza pops as well and actually loved em. *shrug*
Well your fireworks looked cooler than the ones in Ottawa so that makes sense.
That picture on the million dollar bill almost looked like Tim Tebow.
I love it when Marshall vlogs, but it's bizarre to actually watch him vlog
Damit surge, who made you the coffee police!?
Oh good that was just a horn...i thought it was the cloverfield monster aka an eldrazi
Wtf, since when do you have a channel? Subbed.
As a man who hates poutine and pizza pops that is a sick sick move. What I hate gravy and I was never fond of fries. Wait... what do you ship cream soda with?
UltimateGeek 121 cold brew coffee
Gondor calls for aid!
Aaaaaaaugh. All day long I kept hearing "Ashlen" and that's my name as well (obviously spelled different but it's pronounced the same) and it kept making me twitch. :D
Ashlen seems chill as hell. Quality banterer
Why no Canada day Canada Man?
He took the day off.
its sad that I have to go to DQ to get fries w/ gravy..why hasnt the states caught on?!
...Is this just LoadingTime 2.0?
Graham your Patreon link in the description is broken
Oops! Cheers.
Are pizza pops just Hot Pockets?
The elf shouldn't have to eat that.
Those pizza pops look like Poutine Empanadas
saying ashlen is a beautiful woman is such an understatement..
TIL god is a sith
YAY! GVLOG IS BEST VLOG
Woooo
But who is Ashlynn?
She's a cosplayer, @NissaCosplay on Twitter.
Wow she's so cute, and we all know who I mean ;D
Tachikoma!!!!!
why does she need the fake nose aswell?
As a Canadian, living in the bc lower mainland, poutine is freaking disgusting
Bailey Holmes I assume you mean BC poutine is gross. Because the side of the country makes quality cheese curds + fries + gravy
Bailey Holmes as a Canadian until recently in Ottawa, poutine can be amazing, when (like most things) it's parts are all good, trash ingredients gives trash results.
ImJustHereToWatch14 all poutine is gross, I find gravy okay with certain things but when it overpowers the other thing that's gross
Shauna Blake to me gravy is just mediocre, and if it overpowers something I just really dont like it
If poutine was invented in Vermont. People in Canada would hate it. It's the same as Chicago Deep Dish, Cincinnati Chili, Texas BBQ, and West Virginia Pepperoni Rolls. Solely local pride. Americans who voted for Trump still eat Mexican. Good foods travel.
Huh.
Vive le Québec! :D
Vive la Poutine! :D
Love me some poutine, but those Pizza Pops seemed wrong lol!

Vive le Jay Sherman!
Witch three people disliked this
