Awe I’m praying for you and I’m so sorry you’ve been struggling with this!!!😥 But you’re SO RIGHT...we all have our own struggles and that always helps me feel less alone❤️ You are such a bright positive light in this world!!!!!
Salam leena. My daughter follows your channel. Just saw your diagnosis. Several serious medical conditions are treated by homeopathy. Pls try it. Its tried n tested. It takes time n heals without side effects. All the best. Get well soon
Totally agree with you that everyone has their own set of struggles. My daily struggle is anxiety/depression, something that people cannot see. I'm graduating as a doctor in few months IA, and to the outside world, I have it all. But little do they know that I go to sleep and wake up everyday with anxiety-induced chest pain. Alhamdullilah for everything, and I have complete faith in Allah's plan!
I'm so sorry that you have to deal with this and sending lots of love and prayers your way so you continue to improve!! Congratulations on your graduation soon! You will do amazing things!! 🥰💖
I listen to Jordan b Peterson podcast he is a researcher and clinical psychologist. It helps to do his personality test and also change diet to high fat and protein in the morning as soon as you wake up. Like steak and avocado for breakfast for a month and see if anxiety reduces. The personality test helps to see where you need to work on and or how to protect yourself. I learned I was high in negative emotions but I'm also sensitive so I had to stop watching the news everyday and things like that because I feed off of everybody's energy. Watching sunlight as it comes up and goes down also helps with carcadium rythem if I spelled that right. Sometimes it's the lite things that help with anxiety and being prone to depression. Your life probably also causes anxiety. It's not easy to become a doctor and deal with every patients sorrows. Good luck.
The only thing you need to do is truly trust Allah, believe that your positive thoughts is what will make your dreams come true and that Allah has given you the choice to choose your destiny so don’t feed your mind with fear. With full trust in Allah there will be no space for fear and anxiety. You can live a beautiful anxiety free life, you are in control of that
“If one of my biggest struggles is dealing with chronic pain, then I can do it.” You are so strong, Leena! May Allah give you relief of your pain and grant you jannah for your strength and patience! ❤️
Thank you for sharing this Social media can really make us think that others lives is perfect but we all have our own struggles. Life is a test and you are taking this test in such a positive way. Being grateful for everything you have is very beautiful ♥️🤲🏻
i struggled with ibs for years. As with you, i never got a good answer from doctors, which set me up on a loop of severe anxiety. With time, i started to manage it by myself; changing the food i eat, cutting back on caffeine, exercise and yoga. i know these things may seem redundant, but they truly helped to the point where i no longer needed medication. Key is time and patience. I know it's hard, but it gets better. Keep that in mind.
Hi Leena, sorry to hear about your condition. I emphasize cause I’ve dealt with stomach issues on and off since I was about 18 years old. Got really bad at one point and i do have something that might really help that has certainly helped me, so please keep reading if you have the time ! I find that doctors can be so frustrating in the way they explain things, seems like if we are not dying, they can be super non chalant about helping us, so I chuckled when you said your doctor did not tell you what your exact condition was till you went back again and insisted. I have a bit of a bitter taste when it comes to them lol Anyways your condition functional dyspepsia, like IBS and other chronic conditions seems to be a puzzling area for doctors, the meds they suggest either provide temporary relief or do not work at all. Imagine my surprise when I realized anti-acid meds are not even suppose to be taken on a long term basis and guess what my doctor said to me the first few times she wrote a acid reflux med to me? That basically i would have this condition for life and would need to take the meds for life. I was also diagnosed with H-Pylori, and 3 rounds of meds did not help. Infact I later found out using that many antibiotics reeks havoc on your gut biome and actually causes more problems. The doctor did not even warn me and let me know to atleast take probiotics to balance my system (this is what I mean by a lack of information given by our docs). But anyways long story short, I do not believe these conditions are incurable and i am a testament for that. You just need to be patient !! I got off all the med cause I found it actually made me so much sicker, constant bloating, acid reflux, stomach pains and of course the worse part being diarrhea. I lost SOOO much weight, it actually shocked people. And you know what worked instead? Natural medication and diet wallah. But my biggest secret is black seeds. Honestly i know there are some people who exaggerate the power of natural remedies and there are some who only believe in prescriptions, both sides can be extreme. I believe in both holistic and modern medicine. But with chronic conditions the best thing is to let the stomach heal, so of course that means keeping a consistent anti inflammatory diet for at least 3 months! Cause again the stomach needs to heal. Anti inflammatory foods are key wallah, especially tuermic ! Try the pill form but even better would be the whole root and make a tea out of it with black pepper and some kind of fat (any milk works). But honestly the thing that made a huge difference was taking a handful full of WHOLE black seeds daily. Honestly not only did my stomach pains stop but also I have yet to get a cold, alhamdulilah. And last but not least, never underestimate the power of reading Quran/duaas on yourself, especially in illnesses like this that are puzzling in nature. Anyways sorry wrote a lot, but since I have experience with this, I really thought I had to write this out for people who may be suffering. Hopefully this helps someone
jazak Allahu khayran sister I went exactly same thing as you after antibitics I was soo sick , and was on so many medication until one dr told me to put in garbage take probiotics , change diet and see a acupunture that when I learned about naturel medecine wallah it help me soo much hamdoulilah I hope if other people went through this know their is hope I also healing naturelly and see a lot of impromvment we need a lot of patience but is working also the book of medecine prophetic help me soo much about how to heal, youre right long term medications is soo bad for us ( create more probleme which we didnt have prior to it) it just hide the not cure the pain
Thanks 😊! For sharing your story 😊 my mom and my son are currently suffering from this illness. I'll forward Leena's video to them. This video might be the most helpful
Jaza ka Allah khair sis will defos try black seed... Im in desperate need as I had h pylori and did the doctors treatment and changed my lifestyle... Long story short 5 years later still dealing with it... Doctors keep giving me ppi and been chucking down gaviscon and rennie double action.. It's soo frustrating at times and wish there could be some surgery to get this sorted but that's not the case.... Have to have a very strict diet... For me the triggers are caffinated food... Chocolate... Tomatoes... Spicy food and anything wholemeal and wholewheat... Astughfirullah don't wish this on my worst enemy... May Allah cure us all Ameen... ❤️❤️❤️
Ah bless u such a lovely msg. I will also try this Inshah Allah and yes I do agree what my mums generation know of haldi/turmeric and natural remedies as well as many natural remedies that are blessed and mentioned in the Quran are the actual cure. I'm going to do what u wrote,May Allab SWT reward you. please keep me in your duahs also Ameen
My mom has IBS and Functional dyspepsia, she’s been hospitalized for it because of the pain and often times she has triggers. Things like chickpeas, green pepper, cucumber, cabbage, cauliflower, beans, gluten or dairy can just send her in pain for days ! She drinks peppermint, cardamom and she monitors the food she eats. I deal with similar issues, but I’ve also learned to stay away from certain foods like dairy, gluten and cauliflower for me causes so much pain!
Gosh I have those side effects but have never been to a doctor for it and I'm worried on what it will be. I love cauliflower, cheeses and cabbage TT. may Allah heal you and your mama.
It's really draining dealing with constant /chronic pain. If you haven't tried these already honey + black seed (roasted and crushed, mixed with the honey) on an empty stomach every morning. Costus root (qust AL hind or qust al bahri) with honey inw arm water on empty stomach. Also Fennel tea is known to be beneficial
Thank you so much for sharing your struggles. I agree 100% everyone has something in their life that’s difficult to deal with. Normally people make their life seem perfect on social media which makes the ones of us who struggle with depression feel even more inadequate and alone. You have a beautiful family and I wish you the best. From what I have seen stress seems to be a major factor in IBS and it sounds very logical that functional dyspepsia is made worse by stress as well. You are spot on w practicing relaxation techniques. I love the soup! Thank you! Take care. God bless!
Hi, Leena! I just wanted to say thank you so much for sharing! I have celiac disease, IBS, GERD, joint hypermobility, and severe allergies! I just started immunotherapy treatment for my allergies this week and my doctors say that it will help with my gastrointestinal issues as well. You are never alone and you are so strong! 💜
Look up MCAS and see if the foods you react to are high in histamines. Everyone's intolerances.are different. Blackseeds are a great healer aswell as probiotics
Your symptoms sounded just like mine! After many many tests and years a doctor finally tested me for a bacteria called H.pylori via blood test and it came back positive. I took really intense antibiotics for 2 weeks (h pylori is a really stubborn infection to beat) and finally felt relief. Unfortunately 4 months later it all came back. Got tested again and turns out the antibiotics didn’t completely kill it off so I had to do another round of even more intense antibiotics and it’s been a year now and I’m finally able to eat without being in pain. I encourage others to ask about h.pylori as well bc these symptoms can be masked as so many different things :( I’m so glad you have an answer now Leena and isA you’ll able to cope with the pain with ease and strength moving forward ❤️
I have h.pylori too and it deceloped ulcers for a bout two years ive been taking medication for ulcers and when i get better i stop the medication the pain just come back worse
Also had h-pylori, for me it was that I had to constantly be eating something or I'd get really bad hunger pangs. The antibiotics didn't really help me either, it just eventually went away Alhamdulilah. I think if you resort to medicine and it doesn't work for your ailment, its worth trying out cupping (hijama).
Salam Leena, I have had constant bloating since I remember myself and always had pain in the stomach after eating. I started doing elimination diet, eating mainly meat, fish and some cheese occasionally. That helped me a lot, I no longer have bloating and pain after eating. And I do intermittent fasting which helps me with those issues as well. I highly recommend you try an elimination diet, perhaps that can ease your pain and help your intestines. Sometimes, all we need is to heal ourselves with food or no food (fasting) instead of medication. Hope this helps.
Slms,I have something like this ,as I was diagnosed in pregnancy and my eating changed after pregnancy, I no longer eat currys ,and I never eat late after 7 ,only fruit nothing that makes me feel heavy, otherwise I will feel acidity and feel sick until that food digested which lasts for a few hrs ,so I decided to eat less portions and nothing that aggravates it ,I feel its a really aggressive indigestion issue ....but this is me now
@@jS-dj7hf oh, and I also forgot that I take 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar mixed 1 glass of water first thing in the morning. That helps so much with acidity.. hope you feel better inshAllah
@@aigerimnurova I've tried apple cider vinegar, but eventually l felt sick drinking it , so gave it up ,but I feel my muscles at the top of my stomach are weak as a result of indigestion in 3 of my pregnancies ,so this is how my stomach is now, i dnt eat as much as I once could in one go ,I'm okay with it it's been a long time .....adjusting in pregnancy was hard at the beginning but its like any habit u just gotta learn to be different now and it's ok
I have similar symptoms to you and carbs are my biggest enemy. I eat meat, mostly vegetables and very little carb. This has made a huge difference. Also all of these symptoms could be pre-diabetes, it doesn't mean you have diabetes but without a balanced diet, you are at a higher risk of developing it.
@@zeinataleb82 i agree with you about carbs. After eliminating all fruits and veggies, sticking to grass fed meat, wild caught fish and organic dairy i got rid off bloating and pain. Now I add a few selected vegetables now and then. It is a life saving diet.
Wow Leena you're just like me! I have both functional dyspepsia and spider veins that I have been dying to treat. I'm currently pregnant so I'm planning to wait until after delivery because they say pregnancy can make them worse. For functional dyspepsia, I notice that a bout of crying/stress definitely trigger the pain, and large/heavy meals or certain foods or drink can trigger it. So the managemene just depends on lifestyle modifications and figuring out what factors/foods aggravate yours and try to avoid them.
For the disorder, you should try searching for an alternative medicine practitioner near you, they usually find natural remedies causes and solutions instead of prescribing you random chemicals to try out and see.
You made me tear a bit bc I’m glad I’m not the only one terrified, I have ibs gastritis acid reflux and gerd since I was I wanna say 20. Sometimes it comes and goes but with me being pregnant it’s worse. Alhamdillah for everything and May Allah heal everyone sick and in pain ya rab.
I used to get abdominal pain and after seeing many doctors, I realised that it could be due to taking folic acid tablets. I stopped taking the folic acid tablets and the pain stopped. I also noticed that I got pain when eating cereals which were fortified with folic acid so I stopped eating those too. I am fine with eating food that contain folate (the natural form of folic acid). I know u already have your diagnosis Leena but u could try cutting out anything fortified with folic acid and see what happens..
Please look into getting a HIDA scan to look at the function of you gallbladder and liver. Unlike a CT that can see anatomy changes such as gallstones, a HIDA scan can actually see how the gallbladder functions and how bile is being secreted and moved. I had the same symptoms as you and had negative ultrasound and CT but my HIDA scan showed by gallbladder was basically not functioning at all and I was finally diagnosed with Biliary dyskinesia.
Hi Leena I have also been struggling really for 3 years with functional dyspepsia and mixed irritable bowel syndrome. You are not alone and I was praying for you when you first mentioned Gastritis, as I was also first diagnosed in 2018 with Gastritis. I am so sorry to hear that you suffer still. I have daily pain and stomach cramping in the Upper Right Quadrant. It can feel so scary and I have suffered from anxiety just based on this ongoing pain. I can offer many suggestions -but the main thing I will recommend is to become your own advocate. Many Doctors are not familiar with all of the symptoms or treatments available too us. I continue to research, and study, and I have been told you will live in pain always; but I choose to have hope that one day I will be able to manage these symptoms and live pain free. I am not afraid to ask, seek, and knock. I have had to leave a Family Doctor who would not allow me to have testing done. My journey has been long, but I have learned to spend much of my time in meditation/prayer and relaxation techniques help immensely. My faith in God is what is keeping me alive today.
Hello leena. Hope you get better very soon. For me fasting, especialy days in a row (because i couldn't fast during my pregnancy) has helped me a lot! Hope you find a cure soon as well! 🤲
I am so sorry Leena for the pain you have been going through and for the doctor’s conclusion that there is no cure. I know this may sound cheesy but I do believe that it’s not God’s will for us to live a life of such physical pain, and so I believe that irrespective of what the doctor told you, as you specifically pray about the condition, God will guide you to tools (such as the App that you just found) or other info, so that you can one day totally live without the pain, and then help so many others. God is truly able 🙏🏿
I loved all the real and raw moments in this video! I think it would be amazing if you add more and continue doing that. Praying for your pain to ease, you are so strong and amazing and allah is with you every step of the way.❤️❤️
I struggle with IBS (have been since I turned 20), and I recently saw an ad for Nerva but wasn't sure if I should give it a go. I think it would be nice if you could talk about it more after you use it a couple more days =) Also, IBS and digestive system issues are also triggered by your body being cold, so it gets worse in winter. Make sure you always wear socks and keep your tummy warm. Allah gave us this trial because we are capable of handling it 🙏
Thank you Leena Soo much for putting this video and letting all those people who also doesn't able to figure out what's going wrong with them.I have been struggling with this the same issue I believe bcs I have given all the blood, urine, Ultra sound tests but were clear and my pain didn't come to any conclusion, the constant pain stomaches and I swear it's so worst I can totally feel you! Through this I can have a clear image of it now at least and will again will go to my doctor very soon. JazakAllah for sharing this again ❤️
Of course this chat is filled with Islamic propaganda. 'Allah' is just a figment of your imagination. Or do you have any objectively verifiable evidence for this extraordinary claim? I know you've got nothing to show for. Faith simply doesn't stand up in the face of scientific scrutiny. You hope 'Allah' eases her struggles, yet Islam promotes homophobia, claims the moon is split in half, claims the earth is flat, says semen comes from the ribs, and other absurd crapola. Have fun living in your deceitful bubble until your fatuousness quells you.
@@Alaska2446 The UA-cam algorithm recommends these videos to me. Presumably because I leave reactions. I don't savour watching these videos - quite the opposite actually. You shouldn't fancy her comment. An Islamic woman extolling her religion, yet in Islamic countries such as Saudi Arabia women get decapitated or stoned. It's quite ironic if you ask me. For years, women have fought for equality. Only to throw it away at a religion where women are classified as servants for men. Wearing a hijab and abiding to ludicrous beliefs only contributes to suppression of women. I hope you realise that darling.
You are not alone Leena. InshaAllah you can find a way to deal with this💕. I am not diagnosed with it but I have the same experience with doctors, who cant tell me what I have. For me it helped a lot to know which kind of food make it worse. Since I found out that Mushroom, chicken and Avocado make my stomach pain and I dont eat them, its getting better. And yes you are so right I feel stress is the biggest trigger.
I’m so sorry you’ve been struggling with this Leena! Inshallah you get better dear ❤️ And you are so right, everyone is struggling with something. I’ve been dealing with grief and depression for 3 years now after losing my mom to cancer. I pray for everyone out there who is struggling with something that they find comfort and peace knowing that they are not alone. We may not be struggling with the exact same thing, but we are all going through something. Thank you for sharing your story and always being yourself. Sending hugs and positive/healing energy 💕
Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your diagnosis! I have IBS and it can be pretty embarrassing, but hearing you share your own health struggles with a similar intestinal issue made me feel less embarrassed! Thanks, girl - hope you're doing okay.
I have spider veins on my legs. I have had then since my early 20s. Im 34 now and they never bothered me. I have been told I can get treatments but I choose not too. I hope your treatments help you out and I will follow your journey.
InshaAllah you get well soon hun. I’m going through something similar right now. I’ve been dealing with adrenal fatigue for over a year. Doctor’s won’t recognise it as a medical condition, but every other health professional does. I’m constantly going through spouts of fatigue which has made me put on weight and affected my quality of life in many different ways. Yesterday I got treated poorly by the doctor as they can’t find a solution to my symptoms. I assume, this is something I will have to live with for the rest of my life and try to manage it on my own. It saddens me, but alhamdullilah for Allah getting me through the nights when no one else is there for me. I pray that he heals us all ❤️
Thank you for your sharing your diagnosis. In September of 2015, I was pregnant with my now-7-year-old daughter, Charlotte, I went to the eye doctor to get my eyeglasses prescription written and sent out to be filled, and no sooner had I left than I came down with the exact same pain that you described. My mom ended up calling for an ambulance to get me to UCHealth Hospital in Aurora, Colorado, to get me looked at. I have been dealing with Functional Pepsia since then without realizing it.
Leena u r not alone! Ive been dealing with IBS since 2015 and believe me u’ll have better days💖ik how bad it can get pain wise and im sending u a huge hug!🥰 u can always rely on us for anything and remember u r not alone! Ik at least 5more influencers who’ve got IBS or something similar🥰dont ever feel alone and ik how hard it actually is when they say it’ll stay with u for the rest of ur life….and for eating and taking something to calm it down, peppermint is a life saver for me too and for the rest have ur experiment and u’ll get to knw what might trigger ur symptoms and what wouldnt then eat accordingly and it’ll get better. I’ll give u an example, for me onions and garlic would give me triggers and i heard it from other people too so i avoid raw garlic/onion and i’ll mostly use garlic infused oil or onion powder! Something that my sis told me about is a blood test to see what might trigger u or u might b allergic to, that would help but i didnt do the blood work yet😂im avoiding it! (i forgot the name of the test sry)🙈sry for the long msg! But i really wanted to tell u all these cuz back in 2015 i wished someone wouldve told me too i was 21 at the time and it was scary! 🤦🏻♀️
Leena I pray Allah (swt) gives you shifa 🥺thank you for sharing and reminding us all that not everything is as perfect as it seems and I couldn't agree more, we all have our own trials in this life and even though social media makes us think everyone else's life is so perfect we are all struggling with some sort of test
I have this!! Ended up in A&E with a drip of codeine to make the pain go away once because of how bad it was. Yoga has helped me over the years, practices like kundalini, which work on the autonomous nervous system, can help. And it does get better when I drink a lot, sleep well, and eat a balanced diet. Sending support your way, you’re not alone!!
Salaam Leena. I'm so sorry to hear about your struggle. I can empathise. I have a sensitive stomach. One thing that really gives me relief is eating a bowl of yogurt with a teaspoon of honey everyday and following a high veg/low animal protein diet. Probiotics are very soothing to the stomach and veg is easier to digest than meat. Have you tried alternative medicine treatments such as hijama and ayurveda? They're known to treat a number of ailments and improve overall vitality. Hope this helps. Sending you love 💗
I struggle as well with same disease as yours, and on top of that as well, I’ve been suffering with shoulder/neck pain and legs pain.. for the second struggle the doctors says that I’ve got fibromyalgia, which I basically have to life the rest of my life with this pains.. AlHamdolilleh! And I’ve been struggling with them right before the pandemic, because my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer, and I think that my pains are the stress my body went true when I was going true pains in my heart that I wasn’t showing to my mum, to help her to recover, and to people… my husband and you all now, know about it.. but AlHamdolilleh I look at my little family and think as long as they are fine, AlHamdolilleh ‘ala killi hel! You are not alone trust me♥️♥️
This made me so emotional, you can see how strong you are hiding the pain with a smile in this video Leena 🥺❤ May Allah Azzawajal cure you and grant you the best of health and emaan for you and all your loved ones Ameen ❤ you deserve nothing less and thank you for sharing your journey always ❤
I'm so sorry that you had to deal with this condition honey, I wish you all the good health my gorgeous Leena🙏 and you're so right we all have our burdens in this life✊❤❤
Salaam, I'm so sorry to hear what you've been going through. If you haven't had much luck with your doctor, I'd highly recommend seeing a Naturopath. Alhumdulillah they try to address the issue from the root cause. My husband had a similar issue and alhumdulillah ginger capsules worked really well for him. That was for his specific issue, so please see a professional. May Allah swt grant you shifa soon. Ameen.
i don't know if i have functional dyspepsia or not but i have been always suffering from a lot of painful indigestion and by time i learn it's because of animal milk or dairy products in general . after a suggestion from the doctor , i stoped drinking animal milk for a week or consuming any dairy products and it was a magical , no pain no vomiting ...since, than i rarely eat dairy products and if i do i make sure it's veg ,no animal .so try it ,maybe it will works . I’m praying for you and I’m so sorry you’ve been struggling with this May ALLAH heal you, God willing
It is positive to share ur struggles.. support each other and know we are not alone. Over positivity of social media can be negative making people feel bad about their lives and feel isolated. So thank u for sharing!
girl I have the same thing exactly what help me was acv (acid vigneger cider brand brag) in hot water when pain start cut , oil ( cook your food with olieve oil), cut sugar , dairy ( these food that you cut will bring imflmation down ) you will be fine dont worry , also dont eat cheese as well , go to functional dr they will find. the root cause I have exactly the same pain !!! for 4 years now but I do acupunture , hijama as well as waiting to see holistic functional dr. I seeing more emprovment that I am getting less pain some days I feel completly normal hamdoulilah , I believe is gallbladder but not showing in any exam but I believe their is cure you will see just doing what I mention you will see soo much improvement and less pain also write on paper with you have pain that started after food to see which food triggered so u illiminate.
You are such a sunny person and it's so sad to hear that you have those health problems. I don't comment often but I really wanted to support you somehow. Wish you all the best! You are so beautiful and strong woman 🤗 I believe that lot of girls see you as a role model. And you are so right, we all have struggles and worries but it what's makes the happy moments in our life even brighter.
Salaam Leena I have had GI issues for like 10 years on and off.. my story is similar to yours did every test etc. I didn't really ever get a diagnosis. I find that what helps with the pain for me is dietary changes. I cut out gluten and dairy and feel much better when I stick to this diet. Try cutting out thr bigger food allergens one out a time for a few months to see if any are helping you feel better. I also find that saffron tea helps relieve some discomfort for me. I just brew normal tea and put a small pinch of saffron in it while brewing. I hope you find something that works for you. I am always adjusting and tinkering but really look into managing it if possible (I know it always isn't) with diet.
Medical hypnosis works wonders for so many conditions, especially chronic pain, IBS and functional issues. The connection between mind-body is simply amazing and I believe there is nothing that can't be at least improved by simply thinking about things differently. That's different than just "being positive" although that is powerful too! Thanks for sharing the app. Being mindful of stress levels and changing what you are able to is so important. You are strong and brave and deserve to not suffer so much so remember to make mental health a priority! The stigma is real though, and it often runs deep and takes time to make peace with but once it's done life is better because mental health improves. May Allah improve your health in every respect, ameen!
I wonder if you’ve tried burdock tea, it’s made from burdock leaves that grow wild here in North America, I know a woman who had Crohn’s disease and it healed her! I’m not sure what the difference would be but it’s a natural thing that wouldn’t hurt to try! I hope you can find something that helps! Prayers🙏
hey Leena, try fresh ginger tea with honey also you can make a herbal brew where you boil cardamon, cinnamon stick, fennal seeds and put honey in it and drink that it should sooth you. the second tea is add the following items to hot water and let sit then drink it. slices of ginger, mint leave, black cumin seeds and loose green tea leaves.
Assalamu ‘alaykum beautiful Leena. I’m sad to hear that you’re suffering with daily pain. I can really empathise with you since I have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and suffer with pain daily and tiredness for about 20 yrs!!! Subhaanallah with Allah’s Qudrat my condition has been improving with Quran and Sunnah practices! I think the pain and struggles are there to remind us to have more Taqwa and to keep us close to Allah and as purification Alhamdulillah! So, if the problem is caused by anxiety then we need to put our trust inAllah more, reciting LAA HAWLA WA LAA QUWWATA ILLAA BILLAH or HASBIALLAHU WA NI’MAL WAKEEL. There is so much more to say, but I’ll keep it short and just say that Islam has all the answers, we just have to search to find them and may Allah grant us Tawfeeq and ease Aameen. May Allah grant you a complete and speedy shifah AAMEEN ❤️ ❤️❤️
Thank you for being open and sharing your diagnosis. I haven’t been officially diagnosed but exactly what your describing is what I go through and crazy enough I do find peppermint helps! I take daily vitamin c pills and it helps reduce the pain and I drink and make at home a Starbucks drink called medicine ball it is lemonade with peppermint tea and peach tea and is sooooo soothing. I hope you feel so much more relief soon! 💙
Ya Allah... Im actually dealing with what seems to be duodenal ulcer and I have similar symptoms... Im on a ppi and also using rennie... Im so strict with diet... Ppl who go through know how hard it is...im not able to eat most things and when it's triggered thers literally few basic things I can take... It's been a scary week and having young kids it's soo hard.... May Allah give you health and health to all of us Ameen... Plz remember me in duas ❤️
I'm praying for your speedy recovery Leena. From my experience abdominal issues are stress related for many people. The balance of acids, hormones and gas is disrupted when we're overworked. The culprit? High expectations and perfectionism. One trick that worked for me is never reaching hunger and eating steamed white rice with a pinch of salt, a drizzle of olive oil and a few drops of vinegar throughout the day. It acts like a sponge and gives your body something to burn while your mind is busy thinking. Id be more than happy to hear more about your condition and see if I can help as I suffered for years too. Stay strong.
Sorry to hear that dear Leena, hope you're doing great! Just wanna mention that you don't have to worry yourself about it,it's totally a benign condition,i'm actually a 4th year medical student and we see this condition everyday,it's so common amongst young people so trust me you're totally not alone in this! I doubt you're dealing with postprandial distress syndrome (PDS),I believe your doctor already gave u advices but just wanna add some things that may help.Try reducing your intake of acidic and spicy foods, fatty foods too since they slow down gastric emptying which may worsen a bit the symptoms, basically focus on eliminating what gives you more pain.Your doctor may have already given you prokinetics to accelerate gatric emptying which is great! But most importantly take care of your mental health and stay strong, you did great so far dear Leena and you'll do even better in the future inchallah.Prayers to you💙💙
True homeopathy is best for this, I had it for years but now I ok. Try to have fresh mint tea right after your meal... I take drymint and Trachyspermum mix it about 1tsp with a glass of water after your meal. (Trachyspermum it goes by many other names, including carom seed, bishop's weed, and ajwain caraway. Ajwain is common in Indian food. It has a strong, bitter taste with an aroma similar to thyme).
Some foods I think you should try from my reasearch: 🥰dates, walnuts, honey, yogurt, apple, rice and bread Hope it helps and I’m so sorry you have to deal with such horrible pain.I can imagine it is not easy especially with a family xx sending love ❤️
You aren’t alone, Leena! I have this too and it sucks! The worst is wanting to eat sometimes it literally hurts to eat 😩. The things that help me most is completely cutting out gluten (also dairy, but I have a milk allergy so I’ve never really had dairy all of my life), peppermint tea helps so much! When it’s really bad, I take Bentyl (not sure if you doctor has tried this with you). It’s a take as needed drug and helps to stop the cramping. That combined with Pepcid Complete has been a really big help when I’m having a flare up. I also did every test under the sun and it literally took me almost 4 years to get an answer.
You are not alone Leena ❤️ I’m also in pain and I don’t have a correct diagnosis yet...some doctors say it’s IBS some say it’s ulcer some say I’m allergic to gluten and dairy and the tests all come out fine 😅 stressful but I thought it’s important to know my own truth and that so many people have struggles too but at the end of the day Alhamdulillah for everything.
I’m going to school to be a dietitian and we learned about this dyspepsia and the nutrition interventions. I would highly recommend seeing a GI dietitian because they can help figure out if anything irritates it like food, dietary habits etc. If you’re planning or thinking about an elimination diet, the dietitian can help you navigate that because it’s literally one of the tools for our job and we know what nutrients to be considerate of so you don’t develop deficiencies
Salaam Alaikum Leena I strongly recommend trying out FDguard. I diagnosed my MIL with it too and it in addition to peppermint tea/ IBguard have really helped. (Don't need to buy both bc there's peppermint oil in the FDguard too)
@@Withloveleenaofficial definitely continuing with the peppermint tea, trying to be active after meals and not sitting down right away to help digestion (easy with a baby around I know!) And also things like magnesium can help relax the GI system as well. InshaAllah I hope you start feeling better mamma!
Salams! I dealt with something similar for two years, although never got diagnosed properly so I still don't know what it was. But I was strictly on a whole food plant based diet and omitted things like dairy, gluten, soy and even oils. After about one to two months, I felt so much better!
Leena look into organic slippery elm bark powder & American yellow saffron tea for your intestinal pain. These two soothe and heal inflammation in the bowel when taken regularly. Also, applying castor oil packs to your abdominal area would be very helpful for healing.
Leena, I hope you see this message. I am going through the same thing, I think. I have had indigestion and gerd for 7 years now. I have started with sharp pain on the side just like you, sometimes it would feel like stabbing and sometimes like my side inside my body is being eaten up by acid. I have had this the first 6 years and this year Alhamdulillah I don’t. I have noticed what helped me was not letting myself be hungry, Eating light foods (I try avoiding bread and replaced it with brown rice) Brown rice is easier to digest but Filling too. For me gluten-free bread is still hard to digest. I ate light but often. I also removed pineapple, tomatoes and many of the acidic foods, but something I found out is that the foods that google lists that can irritate gerd/acid reflux isn’t exact to what irritates your body. For example the key I think almost everyone seem to have problem is chocolate, tomatoes, and citrus. Go plain for a month and avoid those three common triggers and avoid spices and avoid processed foods. Make sure you drink water enough but avoid drinking during your meal or right after your meal and don’t lay down when eating. I have noticed although in some moments the side pain doesnt feel like acid reflux/ gerd it’s still connected.
Even though I work in the health field, both of the conditions you mentioned were new to me! So thank you for educating me! ☺️ I myself have multiple chronic conditions and have had chronic pain since I was 14 (I'm now 30). Different conditions are of course all different, but what I have learned, is that even things that are not supposed to have a cure or get better, do change, and do get better. So don't lose hope ❤️ Though I can tell you know this, there's also lots of great alternative treatment options out there. What I perhaps regret the most, if something, is not pursuing enough alternative options soon enough - and having suffered* more than I needed to. Everything of course happens as it is meant to, and we always take a lot out of all of our experiences - good or bad. I also have some varicose veins and have had them since I was pretty young too. I had to look up the difference between varicose and spider veins 🙂 Mine are not that bad, but it does bother me to have any visible unevenly bulging veins in my legs, so like you, I do want to remove them before they get too too bad! I guess all my veins bulge a lot though, even on my hands. Can't remove all of them, unfortunately 😂 if I was a man then this would be considered sexy, apparently.. all the bodybuilders try to get their veins to be more visible 😂🙈🙈 PS. You and your sisters are just so freaking gorgeous, can’t get over it and how beautiful everything in y’all’s lives is (well, on camera - not trying to imply everything is perfect, since it is for nobody). But yeah, I love watching your videos and your life, and I love to see things that are more real and more raw too. There is a lot of beauty to all aspects of life - also the suffering. I think this is something we sometimes forget in southern culture, where we are very much conditioned to not talk about the “bad stuff” openly. Yes we speak about our suffering oftentimes once it has turned into empowerment, but the world truly needs more transparency about people’s struggles WHILE they are occurring, because that’s what we are here for - to be connected with others and share with each other the experiences of being human, and helping lift each other up through caring and love. This isn’t possible, without vulnerability. So thank you for being beautifully vulnerable and open about your struggles, in addition to all the good things. ❤️
Aww Leena ,so sorry to hear that,May Allah swt heal you completely.I'm a alternative medicine doctor, practicing in India for a decade now alhamdulillah. Most of my young patients are now diagnosed with functional dyspepsia, the stress and certain food items trigger the pain.My cousin bdother has suffered from it since 3 years till he visited me recently, and with alternative Medicine he is much better alhamdulillah.I know it's very uncommon to find an alternative medicine practitioner in US but you can do Hijama therapy (sunnah way of blood letting) ,aka CUPPING THERAPY.It will also help you alot in sha Allah,You are doing great as a Mom ,wife, daughter and an influencer too.Dont stress yourself much, think positive. One remedy I want you to try is Equal amounts of Fennel seeds,Coriander seeds,Carom seeds, Cumin seeds and mix them together, keep in airtight container.Soak 2 teaspoons of this mixture overnight, boil for 3 to 4 minutes in the morning and drink it empty stomach.Be consistent.I know you are Vegan ,but avoid beans and canned food items.Sending you lots of Prayers and ❤ love.I feel so emotional right now,as if my own sister is sick.Love you for the sake of Allah
I suffer from severe IBS. I’ve had every test in the book 😩 it’s really awful to deal with and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. But over time you’ll learn your triggers and be able to control it way better. ❤️❤️ I’m sorry you have to deal with that!
Your definitely not alone sweet girl. Dis functional plus IBS. Certain meals will run right through me. I take a pill called Hysocamine that relaxes my intestines so I can just cope. Doctor always said a lot of stress can contribute and also certain foods. I also have had spider veins since I was a teen. Several bulging ones after both pregnancies. I’m 59 now but have had legs that many 90 years old don’t have. Have always been self conscious when I was younger , now I just deal with it. I have ppl ask me all the time … Do they hurt!? Pray you find relief.
I’m glad you have a diagnosis even if there is no cure for it, because i know that not having a diagnosis is just as bad. I hope you will find ways inshallah to help you manage the pain, may Allah make it easy on you. I struggled for years with GI symptoms and got no answers and even got misdiagnosed, i went to the US and UK to figure out what was wrong but noone could figure it out. Back home i was so tired of finding new doctors and thought i will just go to the first doctor i went to and see if maybe he can now figure it out and he did. It was life changing. Turns out i had something called BAM Bile Acid Malabsorption, one pill a day and my life is forever changed. Now 3 years later i dont even need the pill anymore. I was told there was no cure but somehow i am totally ok now. I hope you will find a miraculous way of getting rid of the pain inshallah 💛
Hi leena, I had also ibs and my doctor said to me to avoid all acid food (tomatoes, lemon, orange...), coffee, hot pepper, and curdled mil. I did this for a year and now I can eat some of them but not every day. I really hope that this will help you. But the most important thing is to lower stress because it increases inflammation and this not good for our health. I also try to avoid gluten and it was so helpful for me. I hope that you will get back your health soon and I pray for every one to be healthy. Have a nice day 😊.
Aw this is so sad to hear, but glad you're trying to stay positive and take care of yourself. I was literally brought to tears myself because I've also been struggling with a chronic pain for nearly 2.5 years now (TOS) and honestly it is hard; to the point where it can greatly affect your mental health. It helps to know I'm not alone and I hope in sha Allah we can find a way to rid of it
Ii have health issues too! I have Hashimotos and pain in my joints an knees. I am just sharing this to let you know you'r enot alone! Feel loved and I am pretty sure you'll figure out tis condition and learn to live with it! i love you! feel hugged❤️❤️❤️❤️
Awh I couldn’t help get emotional about this . I’m sorry that you’re going through this but at least it’s a relief to know an answer. Our health is so important. Take care of yourself InshaAllah. 🤲🏻 Btw I completely relate about realizing you haven’t eaten throughout the day . I also get so caught up with watching my daughter and working full time - worrying about everything else but myself. It’s so hard sometimes and I feel like I lost too much weight because of it. Hope I can get back on track . 🥺
so i suffer from similar sympthoms for over a year now. and i've also felt so depressed since nothing seemed to help at all and the pain sometimes made me throw up or cry. however i've noticed that the best way to prevent it, is to avoid stress. When i feel stressed and tense and i feel my upper stomach starting feeling tense or hurt i stop what i'm doing and just focus in breathing AND i lay down on my back and place a roll (those hard yoga rolls) under my back (directly under my shoulderblades) so that it streches my stomach and i don't know why but this is the only thing what helps me with the pain. inshaAllah it may help you as well. Ah and i've noticed if i am aready in a stressed situation than i should not eat too high in fat (like avocado or so) cause it would make it worse for me.
I don't know much about functional dyspepsia, but I recommend the gaps elimination diet. It's beneficial for IBS, which I have. The gaps intro diet helps lots of "incurable" conditions. Especially the introduction diet of broth and soup diet for 1 or 2 months. I cooked meat stock with onions, carrots, and celery only. It really helped me with my IBS, joint pain, endometriosis, fibromyalgia, and many other issues. But you have to be very strict you cannot cheat otherwise you will destroy all of your progress. if you have issues with certain vegetables you might have a sulfur problem also. So getting a hair tissue mineral analysis and vitamin and mineral panel. Currently, I work with Mary Ruddick, she is a medical nutritionist. She helps many people heal with incurable diseases.
Hi Leena, I have this too!! It took me 2 years to get an answer. I highly recommend also getting a SIBO breath test, I tested positive for SIBO and we realized this could be my root cause of dyspepsia. I had an overgrowth of bacteria in my small intestine and therefore slowed motility! I did the low fodmap diet for a few months for relief and meanwhile had to do 2 rounds of antibiotics and finally tested negative alhamdulillah!!!!! Now I just take a ginger turmeric and lemon shot EVERY morning before breakfast and it has helped so much with the cramping and pain caused by indigestion. I also take a Prokinetic at night before bed which improves small intestinal contractions to help with indigestion, (I use a brand called Integrative Therapeutics, their prokinetic is called Motility Activator which is just ginger and artichoke) :-) Good luck!
Thank you so much for sharing this with us Leena! Not knowing what’s going on with your body is always the most difficult part. I’ve been struggling with a few health issues myself over the past few years and your story definitely made me feel a little less alone 💛 Inshaallah you’ll persevere through this with the grace and positivity that you always radiate!
Salaam Leena...my mom also has been dealing with the same health issues as you but with time your body gets used to it and you will not feel the pain all the time. You are not alone, you are such a nice person mashaAllah, i will definitely remember you in my prayers n inshaAllah you will feel better with time.
I JUST WATCHING This vlog leena.. and i have some sick in my body too. everyone says it was normal.. but i go to the psyciatrist and then a take the medicine and i feel soooo relief and not feeling the pain anymore. maybe you want to see a psyciatrist yourself, just share..
Hi Leena. I’m just reading a book „eat right for your blood type“ and I’m blown away by the facts …not everyone can eat all foods and sometimes the simplest foods can make someone sick and be a medicine for others with other blood types….so maybe look into that? Like for example blood type 0 don’t have the necessary enzymes to break down wheat of any kind and it can make them sick 🤕. In sha allah some of the things makes unfeel better.❤️
You can live a beautiful anxiety free life, you are in control of that
Mashallah a doctor?!! Much love🇦🇪❤❤
Alhamdulillah 😊have faith in Allah
“If one of my biggest struggles is dealing with chronic pain, then I can do it.” You are so strong, Leena! May Allah give you relief of your pain and grant you jannah for your strength and patience! ❤️
Thank you for sharing this
Social media can really make us think that others lives is perfect but we all have our own struggles.
Life is a test and you are taking this test in such a positive way. Being grateful for everything you have is very beautiful ♥️🤲🏻
I can't believe you have been dealing with so much and managed to keep such a positive vibe your such a inspiration for me
i struggled with ibs for years.
Thank you so much and happy to hear you’ve been able to manage it 💗💗
Hi Leena, sorry to hear about your condition.
Thank you, my 7 Yr old daughter has been suffering with tummy pain for a long time. Please keep her in your duas.
Great to hear that you are finally knowing what is causing the pain! You will be in my prayers, InshAllah you will feel better soon🥰
Thank you so much!!! 🥰
Thank you so much for sharing!!!!
Same may Allah grant her shifa definitely not the nicest feeling in the world
The same problem with my husband too. He also drinks peppermint and some other herbal supplements.
Gosh I have those side effects but have never been to a doctor for it and I'm worried on what it will be. I love cauliflower, cheeses and cabbage TT. may Allah heal you and your mama.
Try to do gluten-free diet and see if it can ease up the pain,
It's really draining dealing with constant /chronic pain.
If you haven't tried these already
honey + black seed (roasted and crushed, mixed with the honey) on an empty stomach every morning.
May God soothe your pain. Can I please ask what had worked for you?
May God soothe your pain. Can I please ask what had worked for you?
Also had h-pylori, for me it was that I had to constantly be eating something or I'd get really bad hunger pangs. The antibiotics didn't really help me either, it just eventually went away Alhamdulilah. I think if you resort to medicine and it doesn't work for your ailment, its worth trying out cupping (hijama).
What what? My online doc ordered the h pylori test and I have been delaying it since July now 🙃
I should probably get it done
May God recover you super soon. Keep your faith in God. You are beautiful, strong and brave. Love! ❤️
I suffered from something similar to this also , so I definitely understand . Prayers to you , Alhamdulilah 4 everything .
I love how you shared your diagnosis story with us Leena!! 💖🥰💖
It does not make me feel alone!!
It’s strange bc lots of people who are 19 or 20 get IBS 😭 I have it too and lots of people have it this time of year it’s so weird
@@user-iu5wr3en3j yes I totally agree I notice that as well. So scary
Good tip! I need to try this
thanks I will try ! jazak Allahu khayran
Acupuncture is great choice

There is power in faith
I loved all the real and raw moments in this video! I think it would be amazing if you add more and continue doing that. Praying for your pain to ease, you are so strong and amazing and allah is with you every step of the way.❤️❤️
Yes me too I agree with more real and raw moments ❤️
I struggle with IBS (have been since I turned 20), and I recently saw an ad for Nerva but wasn't sure if I should give it a go. I think it would be nice if you could talk about it more after you use it a couple more days =)
Also, IBS and digestive system issues are also triggered by your body being cold, so it gets worse in winter.
Thanks for sharing Leena, I hope Allah eases your struggle ❤️ you are so inspiring ✨
What, slow down... why are you watching this is your so against their beliefs
Watching your videos is such a delight.
Alaina is so lucky to have you as a mum. You’re doing so well.

God forbid anything bad sending prayers and hoping you feel better
you can boil the rice in broth or regular water before putting the other ingredients, you can add other ingredients when the rice is cooked
Ameen.
love the wallpaper so much!❤
In Sha Allah you're gonna get through it💖
Thank you so much love!!! 💗💗
i don't know if i have functional dyspepsia or not but i have been always suffering from a lot of painful indigestion and by time i learn it's because of animal milk or dairy products in general . after a suggestion from the doctor , i stoped drinking animal milk for a week or consuming any dairy products and it was a magical , no pain no vomiting ...since, than i rarely eat dairy products and if i do i make sure it's veg ,no animal .so try it ,maybe it will works .
You absolutely made the right decision, I am in love with your wallpaper mashallah 😍😍😍😍😻😻😻😻
Hey Leena. I am thrilled to know you got the proper diagnosis because now you can be at ease and know how how to manage it. Xoxo. Loving Alianas room.
Some foods I think you should try from my reasearch: 🥰dates, walnuts, honey, yogurt, apple, rice and bread
Hope it helps and I’m so sorry you have to deal with such horrible pain.I can imagine it is not easy especially with a family xx sending love ❤️
So positive💗mA! May Allah ease our struggles. Ameen✨He has blessed us with so much already!!!💯
Thank you so much for sharing about the functional dyspepsia i have all the symptoms you mentioned but never got a diagnosis…wish you all the best xx
Salaam Alaikum Leena
I strongly recommend trying out FDguard. I diagnosed my MIL with it too and it in addition to peppermint tea/ IBguard have really helped. (Don't need to buy both bc there's peppermint oil in the FDguard too)
Salam!! Thank you so much!! I actually just discovered that this week and have been taking it the past few days it does help me a bit!!! 💗
@@Withloveleenaofficial definitely continuing with the peppermint tea, trying to be active after meals and not sitting down right away to help digestion (easy with a baby around I know!) And also things like magnesium can help relax the GI system as well. InshaAllah I hope you start feeling better mamma!
@@Withloveleenaofficial leena hun try to drink zamzam water on empty stomach, also pure raw honey with water💕
Salams! I dealt with something similar for two years, although never got diagnosed properly so I still don't know what it was. But I was strictly on a whole food plant based diet and omitted things like dairy, gluten, soy and even oils. After about one to two months, I felt so much better!
Pretty sure she already is off all that though (based on what I’ve seen already a long time ago in her and her family’s food videos!)
I myself have multiple chronic conditions and have had chronic pain since I was 14 (I'm now 30). Different conditions are of course all different, but what I have learned, is that even things that are not supposed to have a cure or get better, do change, and do get better. So don't lose hope ❤️
Though I can tell you know this, there's also lots of great alternative treatment options out there.
Can't remove all of them, unfortunately 😂 if I was a man then this would be considered sexy, apparently.. all the bodybuilders try to get their veins to be more visible 😂🙈🙈
PS.
I just wanna give you a big hug! You are very strong and you are doing amazing!
Well on the brightside you are still looking great Leena!
Loving how Alaina’s play room is coming along! Can’t wait to see more!

It helps to know I'm not alone and I hope in sha Allah we can find a way to rid of it
Seeing a dietitian will really help you. I have Ibs and a special diet has made a big difference. God bless you x
Btw I completely relate about realizing you haven’t eaten throughout the day . I also get so caught up with watching my daughter and working full time - worrying about everything else but myself. It’s so hard sometimes and I feel like I lost too much weight because of it. Hope I can get back on track . 🥺
I have that too! I was taking Amitriptyline for it but gained 20 lbs so now I’m on Nortriptyline and it’s made the world of a difference
so i suffer from similar sympthoms for over a year now. and i've also felt so depressed since nothing seemed to help at all and the pain sometimes made me throw up or cry. however i've noticed that the best way to prevent it, is to avoid stress.
I hope you feel better and happy soon sending dua and prayers lots of love
Thank you!!
Hi Leena,
I have this too!!
Thank you!! I’m glad you found what worked for you!!!
I really love how aliana’s wallpaper turned it so pretty and cute I really love you leena 🥰😘
Thank you for sharing! I had a pretty hard day and didn’t feel like myself but hearing you talk and be positive just made it a bit easier
Salaam Leena...my mom also has been dealing with the same health issues as you but with time your body gets used to it and you will not feel the pain all the time. You are not alone, you are such a nice person mashaAllah, i will definitely remember you in my prayers n inshaAllah you will feel better with time.
Also always make time for your well-being, as a college student I can say that it’s so hard! InshAllah it will get better for both of us.

Nerva App helped my IBS immensely. Idk if that would help with your condition too but it might be worth a try.
