something to keep in mind about distance is part of the distance is booster and the other part is glide, so if a target is really far away and much higher than you its going to run out if fuel early and not be able to make it

thank you! the mission is the default practice mission for the F/A-26B.. also haven`t heard of the release are modifier yet...maybe i`ll try to check to it sometime as well...
the aim-9e is rear-aspect tracking, meaning it can only track the back of the aircraft (engines) meaning you need to launch it from behind the aim-9 can just do that but from anywhere
