'The Final UK Coal Train' Trains At Toton, 28th June 2024

28th June 2024 and the final UK power station coal train runs with GB Railfreight 66781(named 'Ratcliffe Power Station' on route)is captured by drone rolling through Toton Yard, a now very overgrown location that back in the day would've been full of coal trains operating between the East Midlands and various power stations.
As well as this historic working there's also other freight workings in the hands of Class 66s and Class 69s, plus a look at many of the locos on Toton TMD and around Toton Yard, including the withdrawn Class 60s.

Makes me cry looking at that row of Tugs. Loved the class 60 since my days as a young spotter was 60001 Steadfast in test on the MML at Bedford. Great video as always.
