I've had PPPD for over 20 yrs. Of those 20yrs, 4 of the years have been chronic. We are healing, this is treatable and you will be steady once again. Positive thoughts always. When you get anxiety from this condition just remember anxiety is only thoughts. Breathing helps me greatly, avoid stress is possible. Life alone is stressful. we have to learn to manage it without going into flight or flight mode. Take time for you, meditate, nature, walks, breathing exercises, CBT therapy. I'm beating this and so will you. We are warriors and have been through alot with this condition. Thank you for sharing your story, it has helped me greatly.
I've had PPPD for 9 months. Tried propranolol, Zoloft, Lexapro, Prozac, dietary changes, lots of different supplements, vestibular therapy, etc etc etc as well. Sleeping 14-16 hours a day, had to go on medical leave. Xanax was the only thing that helped a little. However, biggest blessing is that being a father of six I've had to be forced off work at home. They much needed dad home for a few months. Hoping savings/etc lasts until my disability claim comes through, which is difficult because I was a workaholic, going 50-60+ hours per week (needed, not by choice). I thought this 24/7 feeling of being on a boat and horrible brain fog was going to go away, but looks like I'm one of the 6+ month cases. Here's to finding therapy/whatever works.
I’m 5 years this month. I’m 25. Trust me. It gets way better if you exercise, eat well and practice acceptance man. You have to let go. Stop trying to fix yourself. Pppd is very associated with anxiety.
@@Rose-gc8og two years and still have it. I've done basically everything that everyone and every doctor/therapist has asked me to do. Many have recovered from it. I'm not one....yet.
@@briangonzalez5360 just noticed this reply. I exercise every day, eat more healthy than most people. I have very little to no anxiety, very familiar with breathing exercises and meditation. I still have PPPD 24/7. I've done everything everyone, every Dr, every therapist, every youtuber and Facebook group has asked. For some, meditations helped. Other physical therapy. A few are helped by counseling with a therapist. Some need all. Some can't find any relief. I still have it, though I still try to function the best I can. Saying that I pushed myself too hard and ended up in the ER with my hand sliced open from a bad fall last week. I'm glad you found relief.
Thank you for this video. I had a food intolerance test and have had to change my diet. It's probably not a silver bullet but like you think anything that helps our bodies to heal is worth exploring. Hugs from the UK x
Please look up the UA-camr called “ The steady coach “ she’s a Dr. And her videos explain so much about this condition PPPD. This also comes from a much deeper emotional area and it’s our nervous systems way to get our attention to start dealing life stressors. I have PPPD as well and I just started my journey but by watching Dr. Yonit she’s helped so much!
Hi. Really appreciate if answer. Did you have the feeling of floor shifting when walking? Like walking on the walkways at the airport. Or walking on the boat.?
Have you been checked for a binocular disorder? You might have a slight eye misalignment. Check with an ophthalmologist not an optometrist if you haven’t already. PPPD can be misdiagnosed for BVD.
Hi hows it going. Have you been to a chiro at all? I've got vertigo and dizziness brain fog. Stomach issues aswell had an accident last near and cant get back to normal
Do you feel that your feet are moving/swaying? And everytime i lay down i feel im falling or dragging me down or dragging me side by side. Do you feel that?
Hi mam ,for pppd require some medication support or not require if I am able to handle stress .I had ear issue tinnitus ,in covid then doctor gave me steroid .that I had panic attack due to this tinnitus.not able to sleep that time due anxiety.later developed some symptoms , something like I am in boat floar is bouncing, but not any visual change and also no any pain in body. I did mri of my brain it's normal.now I am feeling like floor is jumping, something is pudding me one side to anather.it increase when I do more activity.when walking it's intensity is high,if I only stand then it becomes low as walking and when sitting then it's belothat standing.and when laying some time I feel that some not.but more after heavy work.when I am driving bike thier is no any symptoms.can you tell what is this?
No I don't mind answering that question but no I am not vaccinated and I thought about this last night after I post this video that it may seem that I've got worse but that's not the case. I'm way better than I used to be these are things that I believe have been going on for a while but I didn't really know or try to take care of if that makes sense :)
@@AarronnBlade I personally won’t take that chance. I don’t want a vac debate on my channel though. When it boils down to it for me is in my current state I personally won’t take any sort of shot that will cause me symptoms. I have enough to deal with lol

I suffered a pretty bad sinus infection 2 weeks ago (not sure if it was delta) but it came with vertigo and dizziness..still here after 2 weeks...If I do not get better in a couple weeks Ill take the vax and see if it makes the dizziness any better..right now just doing exercises
