I had this problem after COVID wave. No medicine was working. Then I started exercising, walk on morning grass to reduce stress. After that everything is going good.
Been almost 3 1/2 weeks I have had my period 😔I have an ultrasound this weekend. I even had to go to the ER last week I was bleeding so much I got weak and really faint. It's weird no cramps no pain though so idk.

My period finally stopped the end of February 2023 so it lasted 3 months heavy bleeding what regulated it was norethindrone acetate for anyone going through the same ask you doctor if they can prescribe for your specific situation. I was bleeding so much I got anemic I lighter started turning pale ☹️😨it was so serious. Thankfully I didn't have to get on any birth control so far so good I had a regular period this month. Why are none of these doctors talking about gut health and it’s relation to vitamin and mineral malabsorption, which can cause hormone imbalances = prolonged periods. Western medicine has failed us miserably.

An individual should get blood work done to see what specifically they are deficient in so you can decide what vitamins and minerals to be adding to your diet. A multi vitamin is usually a good place to start for most, and aiming to eat a wide variety of foods and colors in your diet. My original comment is saying it’s an important step that often gets over looked and it’s so easy for drs to slap birth control onto every issue women have.

I was from July to December just small amount - like only when wiping - then stopped. I had tests - several colposcopy’s, no fibroids, no polyps, - all good. 🤷🏼♀️. Womens issues. Suck.

I had light bleeding Nov 8th and it's Nov 29th! I'm still bleeding moderately!! It was so heavy in the middle of the month! My periods used to last 4 days! I'm getting an ultrasound this week! I'm home taking a sick day due to a dull headache and due to feeling weak and worried! I can't wait to do the ultrasound and blood work!

First of all, sorry for any grammatical mistakes, English is my 2nd language.
So, Im 29, and I have PSOS and used to have irregular periods. I would bleed for 3 days and for the next 5-6 months no periods at all.
After lots and lots of medication, I now get periods "regularly", but the issue is I bleed straight for 2-3 months.
Did ultra sound, scannings, this and that.. But no help. Now what I do is... Once i get my periods, I wait for 7 days. And if I bleed post 7 days, I drink lot of tender coconut, basil seeds water, veggies and avoid eating meats and fatty products.
After another 7 days, (total 14 days) if Im still bleeding, I take Pauce MF 500 mg twice a day. - morning and evening, before food. It takes 2-3 days to stop my bleeding and once its completely stopped, i take 1 pill per day for the next 2 days and then I stop taking it.

Update! I'm still bleeding heavier than normal but Thank God it lightens up after a while. There has been no end to my period. I still bleed daily and some daysI get a gush of blood that makes it hard to keep a pad on more than 30 minutes (that is abnormal for me!) but it gets light after a week or so of heavy flow. After my ultrasound I was told I had a polyp that is causing the heavy bleeding so I have a day procedure scheduled for my GYN to do a hysterocopy.

I’m 22 and have been having the worst experiences ever..I’ve always kinda had irregular periods but they started to get worse when I had my first pregnancies which resulted in miscarriages in 2018 ..both pregnancies were only 2 months apart..since then I haven’t gotten pregnant ..after that I would get my period only like 2 times in a year..in 2021 that whole year alone I didn’t get a period ..until last November of this year was when I got a heavy cycle and ever since i haven’t stopped spotting/bleeding..so I have a whole year like this...thankfully I have not become anemic..I’ve gotten a Pap smear done in February of this year came back normal..and a few months back I got vaginal ultrasound and pelvic both came back normal no cysts, fibroids, tumors, masses, nothing…I’ve gotten tests done and hormones and all also come back perfectly fine..I’m so confused and this has been taken a huge tool on me mentally and of course physically..idk anymore ..I will begin to take birth control for the first time this Sunday coming up..I’m really hoping and praying they work on me and stop/regulate my period..☹️

47 here in peri,this is the first time this has happened to me,today is day 13 of bleeding,I was concerned and went to my gyno,she ordered blood work,a ultra sound and a biopsy I beleive of endo lining,I could be wrong with the word,I hope everything turns out fine..

it's Nov 7....I started July 15th.....this has been going on my whole life and I feel like nobody actually knows how to treat it.....I was diagnosed with pcos exactly one year ago and if you have pcos you KNOW...NOBODY knows how to treat it effectively. 🙄 considering a hysterectomy....I don't care that it will make me infertile. I have my one kid and I'm satisfied...

What birth control U have taken?
I had pollips my OBGYN clean me out and I'm on some hormone pills one time it ease and when the pill almost done it's coming heavy rite now. I'm anemic at this point and I'm using liver and beet juice like crazy and iron tablet ferrex.
They say all of this but everytime I go to the dr they dont find anything wrong I'm just ready to threw the whole uterus away😫

Yes it can be due to the steroid that you received the first time I received my knee injection ( a steroid) my cycle lasted for 12 days and I’m normally 5 days. The second knee injection it lasted for 31 days!!! No more steroids for me!!!! The sad thing my doctor didn’t warn me of the side effects!!!
I had Covid end of December 2021 to January 2022. When I had covid shots before that I already noticed that my cycle was affected and changed to the days I was expecting them. Had my 1st and 2nd booster already. My recent CBC says I am anemic, low iron with high platelet. And to my surprise, this October my menstruation came almost 2 weeks late and running 2 weeks now and still heavy. It’s scary! Got an appointment for ultrasound and Ob-gyne, but has to wait until 12/5 to get checked. US healthcare is really bad. I was told that my co-pay for ultrasound would be $300+, with insurance. And again have to wait a month to get checked. Not sure what I have yet right how. First ime this has happened, but always had severe pain during menstruation, so bad that one time I even passed out. Consistently low iron, but taking iron kills my stomach.
My brother got covid. I got heavy periods for 5 months. Got usg its endometriosis thick womb wall. Got hormonal pills 2 times. It stopped. Better now but still going. Need to go again.
Um i have a hormonal imbalance so sometimes in a year i only get period once or twice or maybe 3 times but this time my period started somewhere the first week of aug rn its aug 17 and still heavily bleeding

When I was a teen my first birth control shot depo provera made me have a menstrual for 9 months straight and i found out I had an allergic reaction to the shot and it made me have low iron anemia and after so long of bleeding I became iron deficiency

I am more than likely peri menopausal and probably have been for a few years or more. I hadn’t had a period since November 2022, than all of a sudden I had a light one that started at the beginning of April and it’s still going and getting a little heavier. So I didn’t start thinking anything until a few days ago when the period started getting a bit heavier and that same day I was having all those symptoms, and my husband and his mom said you need to get checked asap. Good day. Im 41. My normal period is 7 days. 3 yrs ago i started to have 2 weeks period. And then later in the following years it became like 2 to 4 times a year i have 2 weeks period. Last year and this year its like sometimes i dont have period for almost 2 months but my Pregnancy Tests were negative. Recently i had 3 months no period but still PT is negative. And my period arrived and now it is almost in my 4 weeks period but it is light only. My heavy period is usually in my 2nd to 3rd day. So i am assuming that I am in my perimenopausal because the symptoms that i have experienced are what it said from what i have searched online. I have a great grandmother who had menopausal as she was 45 years old. I have myoma as big as onion. I just hope that there is no other problem that causes my long period that i am experiencing now.

Sitting here it the ER they did blood work urine test pelvic exam ultra sound and transvag ultrasound and nothing then the dr comes in and says it could be uterine cancer but we won’t know until you go the gynecologist and have a biopsy that’s the only way to tell. So now I am so afraid somebody please ……so so scared right now
Make sure your OBGYN does a biopsy to find out for sure what your diagnosis is. I hope all turns out positive. I’m going though alot or heavy cycle as well. Peri menopause
@@Adrienne1969 they did a biopsy and a pap everything came back normal ….so she suggested and iud I had it put in nov 22 2022 and about the 3 weeks later the bleeding stopped.
This happened to me back in 2020. I missed my period for 2 months and then started bleeding for 2 weeks and then 3 weeks each month. All my tests came back fine. My pap was normal also. My OB did say she saw a very small cyst on my ovaries. I did take spurlinia and Maca while waiting to have my ultrasound. The bleeding stopped completely. I also started eating spinach salads and taking multivitamins with K-2.
I am going through it all over again. I missed my period in November. Now I have been bleeding for a little over 2 weeks. Most of the time its hormonal. You may need to fast for 3 days and take maca. I have started my regimen again to heal my body.

I have been bleeding now 9 years and because of a clotting disorder no doctor wants to preform the cauterization to permanently stop the problem.

(24 almost 25) It started about around mid March it was just light flow and then near the end it just started to flow out, it’s annoying and irritating especially with the blood clots, sometimes I get super nauseous from it and other times it makes me feel like I’m about to faint. @@6jrru4 i was able to get an appointment where my doctor told me it was related to my anticoncepcional (implant) so she removed ot right on that day and my period stoped some days after!! Maybe it is the same case with you, related to anticoncepcional 😰

15th day....first few days started with blood stamping, not heavily but at the last 5 days strong bleeding.... doctor gave me ergotamine drops but I'm scared to use it because the possible side effects, eg. high blood pressure etc...

@@onlyymirknows no 🙏 a god, 4 days ago stopped. It was really scary, first time in my life happened. I've no idea about the reason. Doctor told me sometimes happens....
