My mom hosted two Ukranian refugees who have since moved on, and they left behind a bunch of bulgar and other grains that they would regularly cook with, which she gave to me for my family. I had no idea what it was much less how to cook it, so thank you for helping me! AND I think my favorite part of the video are the stacked Lego pieces used to create the comparison graph between grains. 😆
Going to try some. I like that it is minimally processed and high in dietary fibre.
