And BTW, I was yesterday years old when I learned your "CRUMBLE THE PARCHMENT PAPER!" Trick. I am 61 and somehow this never occurred to me. I constantly fought with the edges lol! Thank you!

What a clever idea for the onions. I'll make that one tomorrow in silicon molds in the air fryer instead of a muffin pan. The Cheesy Breakfast onions bites will go in some silicon donut molds that I just cut to fit in the air fryer. I was wondering what I could do with them.. I like when you do specific ways to cook something, like eggs and today, onions. Great recipes.
I fixed some baked onions with butter and W sauce with a hamburger steak today. Wasn't worth a damn. I should have tried one of your recipes! Thanks Alex.
@WebspoonWorld, I suggest but one thing for that last batter. Rather than fizzy water, use beer, whatever kind you like. You can even do this with a hard cidre. Over here in the crazy U.S., we have beer-battered pretty much anything you can think of. I am wondering if your other recipes, this one as well, would work with Vegan cheeses, as those don't cook the same. I could sub in JustEgg for the eggs, but that stuff is expensive! I save it for cakes and cornbread. Anyway, this all looks great. This is my first time seeing your work, so I look forward to more. Be well.

The problem is any of those with the air fryer makes too little, too slow. You can't serve a dinner party if it takes 15 minutes to make 4 rings! Also, for more inspiration, take a look at the Chinese onion pancake, 葱油饼.
