Detroit Fire Department - Engine 56 Stretching on a Dwelling on Sunset Street

On Friday, August 2nd, 2024, two Box Alarms were dispatched in Chief 8's first alarm district. One was a false alarm. The second Box Alarm was a 2 story dwelling, heavy fire showing on arrival. Engine 56 stretched with the second engine to dump their monitor. 2 additional engine companies were requested. Crews are seen here overhauling and mopping up the fire.
