6:54 hi 👋 I’m the person who asked the question. You are correct, full bleed refers to covering the page with the ink past the edges. You were a big help in me figuring out which printer would have been my best option to move towards a large format printer. I went with the Canon TA-20 as it gave me every single option I needed, from full bleed, networking and an array of different mediums I can print on. The only downside is that maintenance can hit you hard if you’re not planning ahead (I had to replace the print head recently and that blindsided me). Just a heads up, if you run into the need to replace your print head in the future, I don’t recommend going , as it can be a huge gamble. I did a third party replacement for my initial swap and it was a waste of time as the part was defective multiple times. I eventually just swallowed my pride and went with an authentic part, and was back up and running properly. I converted my ink tanks to reusables, so that’s brought my ink costs down drastically.
Thanks again for your insight.
I'm glad I can help & thank you for taking the time to watch my videos ✨.
Sometimes if your printer settings are on your computer and are already set to one (portrait or landscape) if u choose it on the printer it will be opposite
Can this print on vinyl?
The Portrait/Landscape problem is probably due to choosing 24x36 vs choosing 36x24
Does it print in A1 format?
hello🖐🏽 thank you very much for the useful video👏🏽 I watched the video with translation because I don’t know English. and therefore I would like to clarify with you: how many sheets have you printed over these two years?
Thank you for watching, I said 50.
@@kgreenartt Thanks! 🫶🏽
@@kgreenartt you say that you changed the cartridge 2 times. This is completely all 4 colors changed, or two colors out of 4
I replaced all the ink cartridges 2 times.
love your videos
Wait so it went through 3 ink set replacements on only 50 Prints? How much are the ink replacements?
It's listed in the video, they're also time stamps I believe in the comments or my description box to fast foward to the supplies cost.
@kgreenartt I guess it's easier to say look myself than just tell me? Lol okay thanks either way.
Thanks for the info, quick question, can you also print with canvas Paper? Thank You
Hi, I have a business and still can’t decide which plotter printer to buy. Is this a good printer to print big party props ?
Hey ! By big props, what do you mean?
Does this print canvas?
As an owner of a HP Designjet 4000 which was manufactured in 2004, I am not a fan of those crap new machines. For anyone interested, I recommend purchasing a used older model such as a 500 or 800 model or a model from the 4000s family for more industrial use. Those machine use printhead and printhead cleaners that are individual. All the new ones have a single printhead and single maintenance station.
Ps. The "ECO-Friendly" stamp is just pure BS. Single printheads, small ink cartridges and a load of plastic. How on earth is this more eco friendly than any used older machine. Hell, this is one of the reasons I have a personal dislikement of Hinge Problems aka Hewlett Packard.
