I just added the vendetta plates and the Gympin kaizen adapter last night. It was really simple. The vendetta comes with really good instructions with pictures. The Kaizen did not but its fairly obvious what to do and there is a youtube video of someone installing them if you need it. Want constructive criticism would be to offer to sell hinge pins with the Kaizen as a kit.

Having a bad back for many years I’ve kinda given up lifting heavy dumbbells. Tossing up 70-80-90-100 lb dumbbells suck if you’ve got some back issues or shoulder issues. With the vendetta and the kaizen adapters it’s very easy to mimic dumbbell movements in various positions without stressing your low back and shoulders to get them in position. Great products. If you could pick only one-I agree vendetta first. Thanks for all the great reviews.

I am the same way after training/competing in bodybuilding for so many years, I can not throw up heavy dumbbells for shoulder or or incline chest press anymore. I purchased those spotter arm brackets that you can place the dumbbells in on your power rack and to be honest they actually work really well and save my shoulders. (yea they can be a pain in the ass setting up and placing the dumbbells in the brackets, but it is worth it.). I am looking forward to getting my Vendetta adapters. in the next few weeks.

This is a great product for those of us that already have the arms and want to add functionality without completely replacing them! This also lets us help the smaller innovators that seem to be pushing these larger companies that really just sit on their products. Great review as always!

Theoretically - could you build jammer arms out of the vendetta adapters (w or w/o the gym pin), a 3" x 3" post cut to size or cross member or whatever spare rack piece you can find, a weight horn to load plates, and a handle? Would any components be missing? I'm thinking this would get pretty close but unclear on how the vendetta adapters connect to the rack? Would be interesting to see if you could start from scratch and get this setup piece by piece more economically than buying the arms and retrofitting with the adapters.

If it can swivel 360 so that it removes 100% of the stability, then couldn't I achieve that with dumbbells? The purpose of these arms is so the movement is on a fixed plane that adds stability so you can focus on force output to work the targeted muscle instead of having to also worry about stability.

Without a doubt adjustable dumbbells first. That’s what I did. But both will work differently, you get more isolation with the lever than with the dumbbells, but dumbbells will give you a compound approach to smaller muscles. Dumbbells are higher on the totem pole by far in terms of versatility. Nevertheless if you already have the jammer arms (in my case REP ISO) it adds the functionality to make the workout faster and more precise, the vendetta’s are a very good addition. As a matter of fact for the REP ISO Arms the impact of using the vendetta’s is higher since you not only get the ability to slide the arms with the ease but also to lock them in position. But to your point…. Dumbbells first FOR SURE!

The Vendetta’s for the REP ISO Arms are a HUGE upgrade in functionality. In this video we only saw the Rogue version which is very good. But the amount of functionality on the REP is a lot. The factory brackets are cumbersome and VERY HEAVY making them a workout within the workout, with the Vendetta’s is very easy to slide up and down with a smooth trolley system, and can be locked in more angles compared to the Rogue ones. I’ve had it for a few weeks after reaching out to Britton and fortunately he had an extra pair from the prior batch, I got them and boy what a difference does it make.

@baezmd- That's great, I also have the Rep ISO arms but can be a pain in the ass setting them up for a specific list such as shoulder Press or Chest Press. I have to alway's set up my Spotter arms and then have the ISO arms rest on top of them as a fixed position. I ordered a pair from Britton a few weeks ago after waiting for about 3 months (Sold out). He stated I should receive mine sometime in August. I just hope they don't interfere too much with my Ares Functional trainer on my Power Rack.

@@raps7027 I have the Vendetta arms on my Ares 93" rack. They work well but will limit how low you can drop the front pulleys. So if you are doing low pulley movements off the front of the rack, just know that the lowest position of the front pulleys will be about a foot or so up from the floor. Another thing to mention, the bolts that hold the Vendetta to the rack will rub against the Ares cable as you slide the trolly up and down. Not a huge problem but could introduce premature wear on the cable. I had some left over UHMW tape that I put on the nut where it comes into contact with the cable. Seems to help

The vendetta adapters are a very clean, refined, and thought out product. I wish the other products/attachments he has in his videos on Instagram were out. To be able to do nordic curls, ghd and reverse hyper movements, preacher curls, and it looks like it would work as something like the GOAT attachment if he will start selling the adjustable knee roller pad (think lat pulldown using your uprights).

Given the base cost of jammer arms, especially the Rogue arms, I think these add-ons are priced well. The Kaizen adapters in particular are much bigger and beefier when you see them in person versus just seeing them online. As with all things jammer arms, if you take the time to figure out setups you like they can be very versatile and a good option. I also think that people sometimes forget that they were really designed and built for ballistic type movements, not to replicate Hammer Strength machines. However, these adapters do go along way to making them more useful for those other types of movements.
I'd also love to see a review on the opposite side of the spectrum of something like the Signature Fitness Lever Arms. They're $130 for a 2"x2" free motion lever arm that can attach to any 3"x3" rack with a 5/8", 3/4", or 1" hole (though you need a separate adapter to get a tighter fit on the bigger hole racks). They don't have any of the locking features, but for $130 they could be a good option for someone that wants to try out lever arms before dropping 10x that on the Rogue version.

Love adding versatility to my Jammer arms, don't see a lot in the market for articulating handles. There's Rogue's AH-1 kit and RORMAN STRENGTH-Megalith Handles, both that allow a more natural travel path vs the curve you get from the fixed lever arm plane. I am not sure if Rogue's will fit with the jammer arms rotated post-Kaizen Gym Pin install, and Rorman's is sold out. Is there anything else on the market? Any help is appreciated.

Too high price for that feature. Jammer arms + vendetta + kaizen + rack (permanent space from the front of rack). I think for press chest, incline chest, shoulder press, low row... is more affordable a Smith machine specific with rack or VTS from BulletProof attachment on your rack.
