I used to be like this in highschool, then met my now husband in 12th grade and he doesn’t care what anyone thinks about him, he just does what makes him happy, and that rubbed off on me. And now I’m happy to say I’m confident in myself in more ways than one🥰

I used it in Christmas cookies one year!
Just in case no one addressed this yet but the use of vinegar or any acid really is to make the baking soda react, makes it bubble up so that your cake can rise. The same with buttermilk, it's just science things lol

The cake turned out great! You should be proud of yourself, you did such a good job making the cake, and you were also streaming at the same time, I would be too stressed to do both! Baking/cooking livestream chats are FERAL, lol. Most of the times chat is full of suggestions for two opposite actions, like that it needs both more salt and less salt, it's undercooked and overcooked. S'stressful

I suggest getting a silicone baking sheet to put on your counter, that way you can get it dirty without ruining your countertop and having to wipe it 30402 times. Plus, it's super helpful to have it on the surface you're working on so you don't have to be careful about the noise it makes when you put bowls and such on the counter when you're recording :)

I was curious for my own knowledge about the Oreo being vegan debate. I found that: although Oreo has no milk but is using milk in the same factory that’s producing their cookies that there is a chance of finding small traces of milk. Then that would be up to the individual vegan whether they care or not. In Kayla’s case, she does not.
But anyway, the cake came out great! And I think Arnold does look better with just the eyeball.

Some one probably already said it, but cake levelers help. They are blades specifically designed for cutting cakes straight. You did better than I could without one. (Actually you did better than I could in general). It looks so cute! Edit: If the info about the leveler wasn't helpful or was annoying, I'm sorry about that. I suppose I was just finding a reason to comment and thought it could potentially be helpful, if not to you then maybe someone else.
