Wow! I never knew Dr. Cannon is a son of a neurosurgeon. That is my no. 1 discipline of interest. Cardiothoracic is my second. I know the heart like the back of my hand. I've sat in for both types of surgeries but when I was looking on the neuro procedure, it was much more mundane than I was expecting. I was still intrigued, but the attending picked up on ny thoughts. He said, "If you're looking for lots of blood and gore, you need to sit in for a TKR". 😂😂😂😂
