It's an old statistic that they are trying to change. It was predicted over a decade ago that 1 in 4 people will be African by 2050 worldwide but obviously, they are trying to take over. There are plans by the West to reduce our African numbers and consequently power and to increase an unfair access to our African resourses. Let’s face it, Africa’s problem is leadership problems where the leaders are corrupt to the core. In almost all African countries one thing that is common is corruption scandals and no one answers for it. This is why Africans are always looking for better lives in the West and if they could have good selfless leadership, the economy of Africa would rise and so would employment making it unnecessary for Africans to go seeking visas to the US and what a view. Look at Countries like Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan where leadership works for the betterment of their people.

People need realise that visa's issued are also on a quota system for the USA. They rank countries and set how many of a certain type of visa are to be issued for each country. I found this out on the net when i did a deep dive on their immigration policies. They also consider where defaulters on visas come from. Eg if your country has a high rate of ppl who do not return home or alot of passport fraud, that increases the likelihood of being rejected. That's just the way it is at this point. And ofcourse they are going to take the chance and fleece you on the fees since its a very desirable country for immigrants.
