Thanks for your video, I live in a remote place, so I need to fix alot of stuff myself. I opened it up and saw straight away that the tyre on the bobbin winder inside had disentigrated. I obtained a new tyre for it and was able to solve my problem. Most grateful. THANK YOU!

I have the brother st371hd and the bobbin winder doesn't work. Factory refurbished and came without a working winder. Need to figure out how to get in there and see what's wrong
