    Update 1 - New deleted scene found;
    There are two pictures that show longer version of scene in which Paul talks with Samantha after she shows him the picture of two of them with BB. While in the movie Paul wears jacket while he is talking to her, pictures show Paul without his jacket, which could mean that maybe there was part deleted right after his phone call to Tom where he returns to his room and continues talking with Samantha. One of the two pictures showing this deleted scene can be seen in French lobby cards set; www.devildead.c...
    and other can be seen in Spanish lobby cards set - third row, first picture on the left; i.ebayimg.com/0...
    Update 2 - New deleted scene found
    One Italian poster and one Japanese VHS cover of the movie shows deleted scene in hospital where Paul sits next to Samantha and holds her hand, then some black nurse shows up and (probably) tells him that he needs to go or something else.
    Here's the picture of this deleted scene;

    Update 3 - Picture from original ending
    Couple more pictures of deleted scenes were found by fans on Kristy Swanson's website. First one shows Paul and Sam sitting together in the attic (it's believed that this deleted scene took place near the ending of the movie) and second picture shows Sam wearing a white dress and standing in Paul's room. This is the picture from original ending where some time after she is killed Sam shows up in Paul's room and says goodbye to him;
