I’m an intuitive and this is true. You see this play out all the time. When your energy is no longer with someone, that’s when they start to miss you. If you are always thinking about someone, your energy is with them and they have no space to miss you.
Yeah trust me, they came back because they realised the grass wasn’t greener, they realised they messed up by dumping you, if you got anything value or respect for yourself, I wouldn’t bother with them. i took an ex back and they were just the same, I progressed in the time apart and they didn’t. doesn’t work out very well.

Yeah, I did this a few times with the same person and it always ended the same way. It’s best to get back with them or wait several years.
6 months - 12 months is the hot period for these ex’s to return. Of course you are going to chase and fight for them, over do the reach outs etc for months, you aren’t going to shake hands and be okay, don’t stress it, you can come back from it if you finally remove them and everyone related to them out your life, focus on yourself, and the people in your life. you will be a new person in a few months, and they will realise you aren’t chasing anymore, now it’s starting to sink in, now they feel the results of dumping you. now they wonder what you are doing. Don’t have social media contact!!!!! it’s a killer for sparking curiosity.

I'm in the same position it's been 9 months...she had two failed relationship in that time .I'm in no contact last 7 weeks... it's tough but I'm not stalking her...I think she will contact me even though she said would never speak to me again after me chasing her. I had 2 years with her and we had great times but I was guilty of being too smothering

You guys helped me through a really tough time 2022. Horrendous. Dumped after 10 happy years, so I thought. He found another. I Immediately went no contact. So so hard to do. Cried daily. Even my dog seemed lost without him. I listened to your podcasts ALOT at night when I was alone and very upset. You don't realise how much you guys helped me to function and go to work etc. I met another, he's so so sweet and kind. I've been in no contact for 16 months and last week the ex reached out...via my dad....had the best life with me and wants to speak to me.....well, I've told my new man all of this, and my ex can get lost! His loss! I've moved on...to a happier life and lover ❤ I hope the ex is now lonely lost and pining!

Sometimes exes comeback sometimes they don't. Focus on moving forward and making yourself your best so when we meet the right person we have the best to offer. And when they do reach out if you respond keep it brief keep it slow. Stay focused on personal growth so if you want to move forward with them they know you have new standards

Its like when you are in a relationship, you are controlling and clingy; which made them feel trapped. But when you move on, you no longer need to worry about the person, or be clingy at what he or she do. Because of that, they feel free so they come back....kind of like being free from toxic relationship.

My ex decided to come back when I finally moved on after waiting over a year for him to try and work things out. At first you think it’s every thing you were waiting for, you emotionally agree but be careful because you are quickly reminded why it ended.

Craig , my girlfriend broke up with me close to a month ago. As expected, I was struggling and felt down. I started watching videos about what was going on and others helped but I felt I could never fully trust what they were saying. I found your channel and fell in love with Margaret’s warm heart and your advice was insightful and even comforting.
I am writing this to tell you that what yourself and Margaret has taught me has inspired me and has made me enrol to study Psychology and philosophy at university here in the UK.

It depends on the relationship you have a bond with and stuff they gonna start thinking i hope they didn’t move on tho trying to think about u a lot but it depends on your relationship always that how u know they will come back 💯 but I’m not expecting my ex back after everything she did to me
After putting my life on hold for over a year, I've decided it's time to let it all go and move on. I watched loads more CKs videos and I see where I went wrong over and over and over. I hated myself for it. I decided the life I was living wasn't sustainable and I also decided I don't want to hate myself anymore, so I bought the books and got to work.
I met my soulmate and I blew it. I'm not letting that happen again when I approach my next relationship. My focus is now on me and my personal growth. Your focus should be you and yours. Take care and love yourself.

I love this video, one of your best so far, even watched it a few times now to really let it sink in. I have one ex that keeps coming back and there was a time I thought I couldn’t breathe without him. We dated in high school grade 10-11, then he broke up with me and shortly later he moved away. About eight months later I finally put myself out there and was about to go on a date, as I was going out the door my ex texted me!!! We slowly began talking and dated again for a year and a half when he broke up with me again!! 6 months later I had a new boyfriend and he messaged me the day after the guy and I made it official! My ex reached out about three weeks ago after two months of NC. We saw each other three weeks later, he was really curious and asked a lot about my life. I told him all the things I had going on and loved doing and he was surprised by my personal growth. He had bought a new t-shirt(I told him a year ago that I liked that color on him) he had a plan for what he was going to say. I asked if he was thinking about me and he did. But still, he doesn't want me back. He's really not good at communicating and I think he is confused. He's 23, he just wants to try being single, being with his friends and family, without me. But I hope someday when I move on he will realize what he lost. because after seeing him I know my worth, and even if I still love him, I still know he's a coward for letting me go.

My ex did come back after I just started dating again. I am still doing the work, and we are taking things slowly. Well talkng about not being ready, I just experienced that again. It does suck, but this time I am through trying with her.
I feel like that's why I got dumped he had so much going on and I think a midlife crisis. We got along super great and he always said how great I am. Yea u lose hope for a bit after hearing some stuff, u gain hope for a bit after thinking of some stuff. U get angry when u realise some stuff. U get depressed when u remember some stuff. It just depends on what u think or remember at that point

Great video! The most annoying thing is when they indirect direct approach all the time, I take it really slow and it still doesn't go anywhere lmao It's like a fish that's impossible to set the hook on. At this point I think we both just like the attention and that's honestly fine with me.

My ex contact with me after 3months...at first I was desperate and try everything thing to convince her. I was miserable and was crying in front of her. I begged her and even tried to end my life. Then I found u guys coach lee and coach Craig Kenneth , I watched all of yours videos . Everyday ,each time I got fed up and go to no contact after 1month of pleading. Then I got myself busy. I lost 10kg weights, do workouts change my outfits and all about my looks. Then she contacted me through indirectly while playing game(PUBG). At first I was like surprised. It’s just been 3days we are talking now...not like before but slowly. I too wanna take my time so. It’s lockdown so and I also don’t want to rush either. Long story short: a week ago my ex put her hands covering my eyes then kissed me in my ears, she knows I love that,why she did that? I think its because I didnt care for her as much as I used to, so she just didnt want yo stop thinking about her and It worked 🙄, I thought about her all week, I invited her to somewhere we could be alone but she just pulled away again, nothing new, so yeah, they can really feel the disturbance in the force 😱. I was dealing with a snorer who I believe had long undiagnosed sleep apnea that kept us from sleeping in the same room and then it degenerated from there into a study on the theory of propinquity in the worplace from my vantage point when questioning+observing+studying her.

Didn’t beg or act rude, but I definitely over pursued and accidentally scared/pressured her.
