Thank you so much for sharing this❣️ I found your video through searching for harvesting and processing Lemongrass. I finally grew a patch of Lemongrass this year because it is one of my favorite herb flavors and I love it in soups. I so wanted to experience having fresh Lemongrass. I live in zone 5a and will be harvesting it soon. I like that you can put it in little bundles and freeze- such an easy way to put it in a soup!! Do you know if you can dehydrate Lemongrass? We dry many of our herbs in the dehydrator but I don’t want to do it if it will diminish the flavors in Lemongrass. Also, now that I have watched your video, I am thinking about potting up a small bunch and bringing it in over winter. This video was very helpful, I appreciate all that you shared, thanks again 💚💛🩵🤍💜
