Hi folks I was wondering about the fiddle rest she has it looks like nothing I have seen and am interested in how it might help someone with aches and pains that does not want to hold the fiddle to the chin. Thanks! GREAT FIDDLER!!!
just your standard over-the-tailpiece chin rest. they used to be made of ebony, but now are usually plastic or some wood dyed black. this one looks like it could be rosewood or something lighter. she doesn't appear to be using a shoulder rest.
