@@rachel1426 it does, its complicated but the guy you meet on pokitaru has to be escorted through the entire level for you to receive the o2 mask at the end, and on the main path if even a single enemy is left unkilled he wont follow you all the way

@@wapoow4396 that removes the skill gap between average and advanced players. The glitches take an insane amount of skill to pull off. Plus they have glitchless runs anyways

Amazing run. Long time casual player of this game, sorta new to the speedrun. I know enough about the tech to follow most of the run, but I do have a couple questions: 1) How do you warp to the Hoven turret so quick? Is there a trigger that you're touching or something? 2) Also, is the use of the PDA to gain extra input a one frame trick? Also, I was also surprised you could trigger the Gemlik ship fight from where you did. The trigger area for it seems really big.
the hoven turret doesn’t check for height coordinates so you can just stand above or below it and still get pulled inside. Most pda tricks are quite lenient, but the pda sideflips are 2 frame tricks
Hey, ya mind showing us how to do that trick with the Decoy Glove on the Warship? I think the Warship is cool and wanna keep it around, but everytime I try what you did it doesn't work and I think I'm not doing it right.
So I can work out how you're getting speed and that most of the time, but that weird stuttery jump on Rilgar at about 5:00? Can someone explain that pls?
I'm not understanding what sort of glitch allows ratchet to move up walls without grabbing onto anything or to be able to continue moving through empty space while swinging the wrench 🔧
7:30 could a second be saved there by hitting the red crate? (Without getting the critters caught in the blast of course, otherwise there's nothing left to kill you)
That's ghost ratchet + ILJ. If you save yourself from the mud you can clip through walls and if you do a long jump off of certain surfaces in the game it will glitch out and think you're constantly touching the ground and resetting your jump.
