Yup I have its predecessor the Ultrasone 550. Great headphones but I had to replace the ear cups for deeper ones when they wore out. I instantly noticed way more bass. I think the slimmer cup was more balanced, still had lots of deep bass but was more tightly controlled.
I got mine yesterday. I combined them with the Earmen TR Amp/DAC and boy oh boy these hit HARDDDDDDD!!! This is BY FAR the most bass I have ever heard and I come from Audeze Maxwell which have plenty of bass already. It's like making your head explode with the huge amounts of rumble, bass and vibration in the low end. It hits so hard that I'm getting dizzy. After fine tuning EQ I came to this result: 32 = +4.5 db 64 = -5.5 db 125 = -7 db 250 = -9 db 500 = -11 db 1000 = -13 db 2000 = -12 db 4000 = -11 db 8000 = -7.5 db 16000 = +2 db Give it a shot and I would like to see more EQ settings from different users. Feel free to share!
Hey great reviews! I watched your first review and now this one. These look fine as hell for a basshead like me! How do these compare to the Audeze Maxwell in terms of bass? I EQ'ed my Maxwell lows all the way to the top and I am quite happy but from what I've heard the Signature X seems to hit even harder? Also which DAC or AMP do you recommend for these cans?
I got you sir I'm here 🖐️ I might get these or sumthn similar for my wave jams on SoundCloud. Thanks for giving a starting point at least. Would like to see these compared to the audreze or the emphamous audio Technica m50x. You may be shadow banned for some odd reason and need to start another channel with links in descript. .maybe you need more views with pizazz and or comedy memes or sumthn. .maybe spice it up? Idk I'm solo Dolo 😎
lol thanks. Some people say m50x has too much bass, they havent heard the signature x....the m50x is a more balanced headphone, a more reasonable baSS level and more neutral treble
HI brother, I want to find a headset specifically for listening to hip-hop music, such as Kanye west or Travis. Is this headset suitable for hip-hop music? Thank you
How much does the correction of the Double Deflector Fin make a difference? If you put the new pads on the original model does it sound much different than the new model?
Ultrasone does not respond to emails or pick up their business phone, it’s been 6 months I’ve tried contacting them non stop for my warranty or repair, they do not give a F about their customers. Btw I paid $700 dollars for signature DxP, you’d think they’d have some sort of honor. I lost all respect for this company, especially their rude fkn employees.

i would say the ultrasone is like boosting the midbass of audeze maxwell all the way up. Signature x does hit harder especially with no EQ
@@ryanhostudio thank you bro. I ordered the headphones. Can you recommend a DAC or AMP for me?
@@cyberstonks for desktop there’s fiio k7 and for mobile dac amp ifi hip dac 3
Thanks for the review. I ordered a pair to Korea, hopefully Drop does not lose them!
congrats!!

Do you know what higher end model might have even better bass from Ultrasone?
i’ve only tried the pulse natural and master. The pulse/ signature x seems to have the most dynamic and fun bass
Nice vid!
thanks!
These look interesting for the price they might be worth a try 😎
i think they went to $200 recently too i for it at $250
Would you recommend buying?
only if you like lots of bassss
@@ryanhostudio does the bass drown out the words??
@@champfisk5613 no if you EQ them right. insanely fun bass headphones :D

i think ultrasone signature is a good choice
@@ryanhostudio Thank you ! Have a nice day bro.
Seems like the reviews are terrible on duraiblity, lot of them broke them under 6 months. not really acceptable for the price imo.
i havent really looked at reviews of them lately, last time i checked it was a meme that only 10 people actually got the first run

it does sound a little different i actually took mine apart and flipped the deflector fin and put it back together
@@ryanhostudio good to know, thank you
