    I did pencil ✏️ pushups every second day for a month. My eye prescription went from -5.25 down to -3.50. works well with astigmatism. Which is a weak eye muscle condition. Myopia is a degenerative eye disease. So there's a difference in how dramatic eye exercises will affect vision according to the condition one has.

      So your myopia went down in one month? That s impressive. Was this the only thing you did?

      @dianamiha88 It's Astigmatism that I had. I have been doing a lot of Yoga. Ending all posture set ups with the eyes for follow through. Started getting a lot of headaches.
      It's then that I sought out a good optometrist named Sonja Haggard.
      She pointed out that I essentially had been doing all of the eye exercises. Except for pencil push-ups. So I added those in. And had my eyes tested after a month.

      As a kid, I was unknowingly doing pencil pushups all the time (I have no idea why I liked to be cross-eyed.) I had 20/20 vision. Then my mom made me stop. Said my eyes would get stuck like that. By age 20, I had an astigmatism and needed glasses…🤔

    Fascinating. Thank you. You’re a top man for taking the time to do these videos. I really appreciate them and you.
    For some reason, I’m loving knowing I’m watching this at the same time as others that sprang onto the notification like I did and we’re the first to gain from this one 😁
    Anyhow, back to watching the video to learn about and exercise my eyes 😁😘

    Thanks for the video. I already do the H and the Diagonal ones. I can add the spiral one for more variety now. They are powerful... it is surprising how much just one round affects the head.

    Thank you for all your teachings! Is it necessary to learn all the muscles and nervs names before doing the exercices? To be sure that the head is not moving, is it a good idea to do the exercices in front of a mirror, or/and put one finger under the chin?
    And last question: What are your advices for a frozen shoulder? I already practice the big 6 twice a day and use thérapeutic balls to auto massage me. Thank you for your answers!

    • @stopchasingpain
      @stopchasingpain  Місяць тому

      Not at all. You can jump right to the exercises. Just giving many options for education in the video. Use a mirror or keep the head steady with your hands.

    Thanks for the video. I have a lazy right eye and was born with it. It's only slightly off and not all that noticable, but, I was wondering if this could affect my recovery? I fell in 2011 and still have pain issues in my neck.

      It is recorded and you get the recording after the class if you pre register. Price depends on which option you choose. Visit website to see options. Hope to see you there.

      There is s difference when testing the eyes for function. It's clinical testing versus anatomical actions. You do the H to isolate. You can se youtube videos about the difference. Search eye clinical versus anatomical

    This must be very frustrating for those with eye problems who can not afford the cost of your eye workshop... $225-$550. Practicing the H maneuver can take one only so far. Only the well-off can get quality alternative care in this country.
