- They said it couldn't be done, but the bear and bird have made it in to Super Smash Bros. What a time to be alive. I had initially planned on doing a cover of Spiral Mountain before E3, but that project didn't really turn out how i'd like. But after Banjo and Kazooie's reveal, I was inspired to take a crack at the final boss theme from their original game. This one is probably one of my fastest done pieces in a while, but I'm pretty content with the results.

Nintendo wins every year cause they actually show games rather than talk about how good their title cards are gonna be (with story DLC of course) Keanu and Ikumi Nakamura were good but they didnt show enough games

PD: Your arrangement of the victory theme sounds a lot like those themes on Melee.

spirit's im guessing will be picked for Banjo-Kazooie: Gruntilda, Mumbo Jumbo, Bottles, a Jinjo, Humba Wumba, Captain Blubber, Klungo, Tooty and Cheato

@@beetemup1642 not really if im being honest since we have some spirit's that are inanimate objects like a go-kart, the odyssey from mario odyssey, a cardboard box, a telephone and even the smash ball
@@kingdavid1005 well as a spirit there's really only 1 character who would best fit Mumbo and would have to go to Robin
now here are some other fighter's i could see work best for the spirits that sonic hasnt yet commented on: Jinjo- olimar or pac-man, Humba Wumba-palutena, sheik or rosalina, Bottles- R.O.B or Duck Hunt, Cheato- Robin, Gruntilda (this one was tricky)- Dedede or Ganondorf, Klungo- DK
DAMN this tune is amazing man! i even am hoping that the devs will use a similar tune like this one in the Spiral Mountain stage :D and to beat all the characters with my 9 mains and new main Banjo XD on this track

I like how Banjo being announced and Doom Eternal are the only things from E3 this year that people really cared about. Kinda sad but E3 sucked. Hopefully 2020 is good, maybe if we really cross our fingers we can get Gen 4 remakes announced at least?

If this aint gonna be the Master Hand or maybe Grunty boss theme in Classic mode then it aint it chief.
They probably aren’t going to add a whole new boss. It’s probably just going to be Master and Crazy Hand on the standard FD, or on the Spiral Mountain Version of FD is we get lucky. But Smash is unpredictable, Grunty might be a boss.

This song is so intense but you can still tell how silly it is. That’s why this is the best version of the final boss theme. Because you hear both sides
I imagine grunty being the final boss if this were to play in banjo and kazooies smash bros classic mode
Everyone is freaking out about the Hero and Banjo and Kazooie, and I'm that one guy who was completely neutral on both but is still excited for them now that they've been revealed.

This remix is rather fine I dare say, if in the the game it I would play!
Hey there... Uhh... Great rendition but there's one thing I would fix. The (what I believe to be) distorted electric guitar.
The issues I'm hearing are:
1. It kinda comes a goes a little too often... How you would fix that I'm unsure. But that's just something I noticed.
2. I noticed it was used rhythmically... But when present in the theme, the octave in which it was used was a little to high. This lead to the issue of the guitar blending in with the other instruments a little too much. Lowering the octave maybe even once would most likely fix the problem.
3. It's a little quiet. Nearly didn't notice it. Just turn it up a little bit.
But thats about it... Uhh... Hope you see this and keep up the amazing work.

The Smash music team has always given us great remixes no matter what game series it's originally from so I'm confident they'll do the Banjo-Kazooie music justice.

@@NegativKreep Grant has iterated multiple times that it's *a* track, he never said or hinted at multiple. Sakurai wanted Grant to do 1 for Ultimate and he accepted, that's all there is to it. Go watch the Boundary Break interview with Grant and Steve.

@Geisted Shyster the mumbo is a south African wind instrument. Tooty was originally going to be called piccolo, people use bottles as make shift instruments and grunts are the singing I guess.
Also mumbo is not an instrument at all before someone calls me out on it
