    Peach-shaped steamed dumplings are filled with the savory goodness of sticky rice filling are delicious snack and comfort food to many, including myself. Soft and slightly chewy dough with the moist sticky rice filling on the inside. Enjoy!!!
    Teochew Png Kueh
    Skin dough:
    500g rice flour
    100g tapioca flour
    750ml boiling water
    1 tsp salt
    5 tbsp fried shallot oil
    Filling:
    500g glutinous rice (soaked 4 hours), add some water before steam 45 minutes
    3tbsp fried shallot oil
    100g dried prawns, soaked
    60g dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked and diced
    90g peanuts, add 1 tsp salt, boiled until soft, drained
    90g toasted peanuts
    Seasoning:
    1 tsp salt
    ½ tsp pepper
    1 tbsp fish sauce
    1 tbsp light soy sauce
    1 tsp chicken stock powder
    1 tsp dried sole fish (optional)
    3 tbsp fried shallots

    皮料:
    500克 粘米粉
    100克 木薯粉
    750毫升 滚水
    1茶匙 盐
    5 汤匙 炸葱油
    馅料:
    500克 糯米 (浸泡4小时),加一點水蒸45分钟
    3汤匙 炸葱油
    100克 虾米,浸软
    60克 香菇, 浸软,切条
    90克 花生,加1茶匙盐, 煮至软, 沥干
    90克 花生米
    调味料:
    1茶匙 盐
    ½茶匙 胡椒粉
    1汤匙 鱼露
    1汤匙 酱油
    1茶匙 鸡精粉
    1茶匙 左口鱼干
    3汤匙炸葱片
