I remember reading local newspaper reports from the area at the time. I really think it was just the difference with driving in different countries different side of the roads .......if any police force in Ireland thought there was a fault or evidence to suggest so...
I promise you they will prosecute to the fullest the law allows.......accidents do happen . So tragic for the family who lost their relatives

@@aaronsmith4940 typically someone is charged with vehicular manslaughter if it goes to court and it's determined that they were acting negligently when they caused the accident. Not every car accident that results in a fatality ends up with someone getting charged for vehicular manslaughter though. If the road conditions or weather are bad etc, those are all factors.
If he was only charged with a $175 fine then there is a strong chance the police knew the areas roads were probably not ideal (low visiblity, bad road conditions, etc). It's not like it was reported that they were driving recklessly or impaired. It's definitely sad, but without any other details I'm not even sure why that one made it on the list when it sounds like a genuine accident and Broderick wasn't charged with committing a crime.
@@OGiSandman I dunno. if you go to a country where they drive on the other side than youre used too driving on i think you're in the wrong and it's not an accident. And if you can't handle that you shouldnt be allowed to drive in other countries.
