Regarding the jeans, maybe you'll feel more comfortable with the fit of jeans if you wear them over shape wear undies. Also, with the strapless top, you could stop the top rolling down with boob tape. The green backless top looks really nice on you. You could wear a stick on bra and tape to feel more secure in it.
