Gotta love the panic these headlines always give me! This channel always feels like a rollercoaster whip lashing ride between self love and self torture. I don't know why (and I understand this reflects myself only) but when I come here I'm reminded that I'm unhappy with my body. Hearing your self talk raises to the surface all the things I should feel bad about my body for. I have just not been doing the best and I HAVE gained weight recently and I guess I keep fluctuating between feeling okay/neutral and wanting to hide and feeling ashamed. Fei I think you're really beautiful and it sucks having weight issues and body image issues but u just wanna say thank you for being open and authentic. Even if it's not always easy and of we don't always like ourselves. The most important part is taking care of ourselves ❤️

Basically a baby faja, I've found a few bodysuits like these I enjoy but it's uncomfortable to be bending over in a public bathroom trying to get the snaps on. Really liked the sage green one on you, the brown is great! Definitely a good move to wear a bra with these too.

I started Mounjaro 1week and 3 days ago I have already lost 2.5kg….i changed nothing to my diet or not much.
