did breath of fire, each time it was super intense but didn't pass out. first one was like 15 seconds of heavy ketamine trip, 2nd was like profound peace and stillness and curiosity, third one was similar. hearing became very crisp and I felt like I hopped dimensions and am new in this dimension and reality just started i don't know why sometimes breathwork is cracked, and sometimes it barely has any effect at all. I've done this one dozens of times, but this experience was strange enough to share

@@BreatheWithSandy So I haven’t seen all your videos yet, but I notice in this, and other videos of yours, there is a lot going on with abdominal muscles and belly, outside of just the basic “breath down into your belly” tips etc. I’m wanting to take my breath work to the next level, perhaps, if you haven’t already, you could do a video going into the specifics of the abdominal workout and shape and quality of the belly, lungs, muscles during these exercises. In terms of getting certified, I’m sure you’ve seen that there are tons. And it’s up to you to if you want to go through training online or in person. Great, also to see the difference between the 2 of you in the way you perform this breathing exercise. You go quicker and hold your body more still. Your friend does it more like I do it, I mean, I try to do it like you, but tend to loose the rithm if I try to go that quick. And your friend uses his belly, while you use your diaphragm too....I'm still trying to. But I get it from your video that both ways are okay💖
