When was this law put in place,i mean how old is this law? The reason as to why i am asking is; may be it became active when some people had already purchased their land and went ahead to develop it.Such people need compensation, and also if the government has decided to implement the law then it should not leave out the big tycoons or officials and only deal away with the minors.
