helo when your fixing consoles and checking values of your board you tend to find yours with the wrong values before we find ours and your video just stops there atleast u would have to continue the videos and guide us on areas with atleast diagrams to check and what the readings should be thanks
Check the filters of ur hdmi ic, they must have Continuity if not u need to replace the filter, Sorry 4 the bad english thats the solution to your problem.

Hello. Check your USB drive first, or use another one (use only working one USB drive and proper UPDATE.PUP file, check its md5). If you install ofw/cfw from internal drive and you get this error - looks like it has "bad blocks"

Have you tried formatting the hard drive in any format and then updating it?

It may be a problem with the USB port. Connect a wired controller instead of a wireless one to check connectivity.
